I downloaded the game, because the link says Windows-Linux-Mac, but it appears to be windows-only. (I'm a mac user). So I didn't get to try it, but it sounds like a cool game!
Really appreciated the found-footage detective vibe — the idea of sifting through tapes to uncover what happened to the theatre kid is compelling and immersive. The aesthetic was strong and the concept unique. A couple of bugs (e.g., tape playback issues and some pathing confusion) held me back a little, but the core vision shines through. Nicely done!

It's kinda bad giving you 3 tapes to choose from and then softlock players to pick the first one. It's like invisible walls in an RPG in the middle of a town. But the idea was really interesting. Playing "detective" is not my thing, but I can see the heart you give to this title.

Initially you were supposed to be able to play the tapes in any order, but I didn't have enough time to make different conversations for every combination you could've played the tapes in.
I got soft-locked on the first tape by getting the clipboard first. When I tried again in the proper order, I still couldn't hand in the clipboard. I think I clicked the same dialog option twice and messed something up?
I really like the aesthetic of the game but had an issue for the tapes not playing. Can you also give feedback for my game?
I was excited as it drew me in but I could not get the VHS tapes to play at all. It also took me a long time to even figure out how to insert the tapes. I figured it would be with my mouse. You should include some controls and maybe look into some bug fixes.
