such vibes 🤗 and that cutscene was pretty cute as well
the gameplay could have been simpler i feel like, but nothing a bit of polishing here and there cant fix 🤩

Wow the cutscene was amazing!! The art direction definitely pulled me into the game. My gripes are with the UI and gameplay difficulty though. Otherwise, strong submission!

I think my feedback echoes what other have already said. The Cutscene and its art were great, I like the visual style overall, but think the UI design needs some love and attention to bring it up to the same visual standard as the reset of the game. I didn't get too far with the gameplay as I found it very difficult to figure out what I should be doing, then after a while of trying different things, I clicked on a cat, zoomed out and licked on a rock...then got stuck looking a what i think was a Rock resource gathering UI, and could escape from it. Interested to see how this one develops after the jam is over.

Very cute game! I love the cardboard cut out style sprites! Very creative :) I know other people said this too but I wish there was a tutorial because it took me a good while to figure out how it works...Overall it was a really cute game and I hope you decide to work on in after the jam!

thank you! :D

I agree with everyone else that it's hard to understand how to play. However I quite like the cutscene and the art style!

Very cool and cute cardboard artstyle with nice cutscene! Unfortunately, I haven't really get the gameplay. I saw that it is about automation, but I haven't figured out how to get any resources. Could you please tell me how to connect nodes?  As Mr. Dave Morris wrote, a tutorial would solve that problem. Also, I found cat managment kinda hard, as a short-term solution I think some RTS style units multiple selection would help that. The last thing I would like to notice is that a popup windows should have some close button, because closing it with an Escape button makes me go out the fullscreen mode in browser.

I really looking forward to see this game after some polishing, this looks great and promising! Thank you for making and submitting this game!

You are absolutly right, as the jam is over we can't change it now, but we'll work on making the game functionnal and easy to understand later on. Thank you for your positive comment. As for gathering ressources, you need to click on a cat, then click on a red circle and then click on a green circle. This will link both and make the cat gather ressource from one point to another

I had a hard time figuring out how to play, I really would have liked a tutorial. Cool idea, and nice cut scene.

Developer

Thanks a lot for playing even tho it was difficult to understand. I didn't had time to add a tutorial and I get the frustration. In the mean time, I included a little decription on how to play.

I really loved this game, and it's style! Even just not playing the game, the atmosphere was manufactured so well that I was happy just looking at the feline creatures and taking in the autumn audio and visual stimuli. Eventually, I figured out a little about how to play the game, I think at least a small guide even in the description would help a bit. But it looks like it could be really satisfying once one gets the hang of it. Good game!

Thank you, it is really appreciated! That's a good idea, let me give that a try.
