I think I got soft locked after playing the game for a while. The UI also gets cut off sometimes. Otherwise, I see the potential in this game, and controlling as the little crow was very cute and fun :)

Mainly the same feedback as everyone else.. need to stop the timer counting down whilst reading the tutorial, but other wise a very charming game. I got a bit stuck when i started cooking, dragged a few ingredients in to the pot and clicked cook, then nothing seemed to happen, and clicking the red cross close button didn't do anything, so was soft locked.

The song is genius. You included an actual bat not another generic vampire. That is fun.

Cute game but I didn't really like that the beginning tutorial cut into my already short gameplay time. I also couldn't figure out how to make the food since I was rushing to read the text. Very cute art and concept! Just needs a little adjusting :) Great job!

Thank you very much! The tutorial is something I need to improve, both in terms of the amount of text and when it appears. I'm glad you liked the concept and the art!

I dig the concept for this game! Really liked the visuals overall. I had some issues with the UI getting cut off and I saw that the timer kept counting down while I was reading the initial tutorial prompts. Other than that, great work!

Thanks for the comment! The UI is something I have to pay attention to for the next game, but I'm glad you liked it!

I like the aesthetic of the game. I do wish some of the UI didn't cut off and it was also a bit hard to cook and figure everything out while reading the text when the countdown was still going down. Besides that, I like it!

Thank you very much! I don't know what went wrong with the UI when I ported it to the browser, but it turned out really bad because it cuts off the coin part.

The part that I feel could be improved in the tutorial now is the text size. Maybe I should add a tutorial button to the menu and allow the player to read it there, which would save time.

Thank you for pointing that out!

This has a cute and warm vibe, I really liked the ambient gibberish noises of all the animals chatting lol, definitely gave the feeling of being in a warm café. Main problem for me was that sometimes the UI would be weirdly stretched/distorted or partially off the screen. I liked the idea of randomising the ingredients to find what you want, but I feel like there could be a more of a twist to it. (like if you could only randomise the ingredients a few times and had to work out the best/most food to make with the ingredients you got) Thanks for sharing your project!

Thank you very much! I don't know what went wrong with the UI when I ported it to the browser, but it turned out really bad.

I kept thinking about how I could make the game more challenging (because the way it is now, the player just grabs as many ingredients as possible and spams any recipe lol), but I was afraid of taking away the cozy part.

Your recommendation is really good, thank you!

Ah that's really frustrating, I also had some last minute issues on mine 😅But yea don't be put off from adding a bit of gentle difficulty, because I think challenge can be the thing that makes a game absorbing and relaxing!

The art style was super cute, and the game was very cozy feeling. It was tricky to figure out how to do things, but I might just be a slow learner. Overall, nice work.

Thank you so much! I agree with you, i need to make a cleaner tutorial to help understand the mechanics.
