Best game so far! I really enjoyed. I just sucked into this game! Really addictive!

Really fun game! :D

I've actually been wanting to play Geometry Wars 2 recently but can't find it anywhere, this was very much the kind of thing I was wanting from it XD I thought the difficulty was really nice, not too easy but not over the top hard either. The upgrade system was cool, and I liked that by the end of the game you're in a pretty OP state :D

Not really much to say in the way of criticisms, would have maybe been cool to have another enemy type or two, and I'd have been happy for it to have been longer :)

Great job!

Geometry Wars was definitely an inspiration!  I found this game very shortly after submitting Techyon: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2105620/Sektori/

It's basically exactly what my vision for this game was (I haven't actually played it, but based on the trailer).  So you'd probably like it for the Geo Wars vibe!

Thanks, I'll have to check it out! :D

I really liked it! Fun and smooth gameplay, the upgrade system was satisfying and rewarding. At some point I wanted to see if I could dash and kill everything but my shields weren't strong enough lol

I appreciate that when I die I only have to replay the last wave and not the whole thing while keeping all my upgrades.

Nice game and wave shooter. Bit hard to read the text in the brain but other wise it is pretty solid

Loved the upgrade system and had a lot of fun playing through to the final wave. Only issue I had was the upgrade screen being too small to read when not in fullscreen (I didn't know you could buy upgrades multiple times at first). Besides that, good job!

Cool game. I like the upgrade logic but I wish you added more enemies  it would be much better I think but you really feel the upgrades you bought.

I loved the game. The way you upgrade and progress is really good and satisfying, it actually reminds me a lot of POE. It’s awesome! Great job.

Beat the final wave and made it to the end! Very fun! Loved the progression and how you could really feel the power of the upgrades. You could maybe even be a little less generous with how much money you give to the player ;)

hahah yes, that's fair on the economy feedback.  I scaled the prices back a lot just before submitting, and I probably overshot by a little.  I'd rather it be a bit more causal for the game jam audience though, with so many other games to get around to playing as well!  Thanks for playing mine!

This game rocks! We love the basic concept. It's super engaging and fun. The skill tree gives a lot of depth and the different enemies give it spice. Would love to play a full game of this!

Thank you!  I had a larger vision for this game originally, but then I discovered a recently released game that pretty much does exactly that:

That said, I think that there are some other directions that I could take this game, so I will be exploring those ;)

Game overall was cool, I appreciate the tutorial and the presentation was good. Only thing I would mention is that it was a bit hard to see the asteroids for me.

Thanks for the feedback!  I put out a bug fix patch, and included increasing the contrast a bit for the enemies--I think you're totally right that they were a bit too dark.
