Cook your way to culinary glory in this intense microwave timing challenge!
In microWAVE, you're racing against time to cook 14 different foods to perfection. Watch the balance bar carefully and press SPACE when the arrow hits the GREEN zone to cook perfectly. Miss the timing and you'll serve up raw or burned disasters!
Theme interpretation
In microWAVE, I interpreted the theme literally and mechanically through the idea of microwave waves. The balance bar and moving arrow represent the constant oscillating wave of heat inside a microwave. Players must time their actions to match the “wave” at the perfect moment, hitting the green zone to cook food just right. By turning the wave motion of microwave energy into a gameplay mechanic, the theme becomes central to both the concept and the timing-based challenge.

Buying decorations is pretty cool. The game play is a bit simple for my taste. MicroWAVE is very on theme
Fun game and being able to buy decorations for my microwave was a nice touch! The core gameplay felt like it needed something to spice it up after a while since it became a little repetitive but overall was well done just like my micrrowave food :D. Nice work!

Fun game! I was ready for it to be unplayable given the description, but it worked just fine for me! I enjoyed trying to collect all of the additional scenery to fill out the background. and I like the variety of foods too. It was fun to see what they turned into after the first time seeing them!
One feedback mechanism that could be improved in my opinion--I couldn't tell if I was cooking any faster by pressing space more than once while the bar was in the middle green area.
