Game description
Tamagotchi, but make it Artist. Help your little artist friend navigate the artist alley life—from gathering inspirations to tabling at conventions.
Theme interpretation
In our game Artist Alley, the player character prepares merchandise to sell at the artist alley in a convention center. Convention centers are well known for being crowded events, bringing together waves and waves of people. We wanted to create this feeling of being in the booth as the waves of customers perused the artist alley booths, looked at merchandise, and either bought them or walked away.

I love it!
I really like the cuteness of this game so mucchhh :3. Being an artist sure is difficult with so much rent!! This game was such a fun time, i really liked looking at all the different sprites there were. The one thing I found weird was that it was completely random which drawing i made, maybe having the player pick which one as well as some info as to who will likely be at the convention would be super neat! great game
This is a very cute game. I enjoy the simple game loop of making merch and selling it. I'm sure my artist friends will get a kick out of this. Amazing job!
This is such a novel idea, haha! I really enjoyed seeing the variety of designs to make, and I really like v-pet games from the get go, so it was a very fun experience. Very charming! I could see it being a full game with a bit more variety in challenges and some more features!
Very cute and fun , enjoyed the art and vibe and the tip in the top right was helpful as I went into my first convention with nothing. Good relaxing game, until I was kicked out of home!

Soo cozy and fun. Loved the part where watching tv gives inspiration. Art style is awesome and characters are fun with their reactions in the convention center.
IN LOVEEEE WITH THIS GAME it's so cozy and as an artist myself it almost hits home, LOVE how the inspiration gets drained as they draw that's way too realistic. The game's artstyle is perfect and the implementation of the theme is clever yet obvious so AMAAAAZINGG GAME

This is really cute! Loved the aesthetic, art, music... The 'watch TV to get inspiration' mechanic was pretty funny - could have maybe had a couple additional recreational things as power ups? Maybe unlockable as we earn money (buy a cat, play with cat for 2x inspiration, house plant, lava lamp, guitar, etc) . Standing around at the first Art Convention with nothing to sell (cause I was just clicking stuff) felt too real haha. Great work!!!

Very basic but still very nice, wish we could only get one of each type of drawing maybe with different quality levels instead of randomly getting the same kind.

Thank you for playing & reviewing the game! We had a plan to make each drawing actually drawn by the user but had to scope it down. We hope to work more on this game and definitely implement more features we had initially planned for.
The art is really good ofc. but the gameplay is a bit lacking. Wish there was a tutorial on teaching you how to play the game instead of reading it. the gameplay loop is very confusing for me too.
