I cannot download as it is giving me the following information

I clicked on the link and it takes to the new page but it does not show the downloads in my library

I also cannot download paid for content. I created an account using the same email as the purchase. I tried the link you shared. Nothing is available in My Purchases or Library. Please advise next steps

Same here. I have access to the previous year's calendars but not 2026. I reached out to itch, but no response yet.

I was able to reach out to SundialGames and, as mentioned above, following the link, updated the library, and I have all of the content now.

I still cannot download. I've used the link above and then tried both regular and alternate download methods but nothing happens.

my phone says I downloaded the zip but can't find it. It's not in my downloads folder.

Check if your cellphone has a folder specificaly for files (not documents/images/downloads, specifically for 'other files'), try downloading another .zip to see if the same issue happens
