This was super immersive! The setting and your character's background is established in every little detail of the writing and it feels super rounded out! I loved the backgrounds, but they did make the text a little hard to read sometimes. Adding a highlight or filled border to them would do a lot for reading accessibility! I also loved the time loop element of it, loved the loop of dying returning seamlessly into the dream!
Positives: Cool background images, like the italicized letters, inventory with limits is neat
Constructive: You need a black background for all of your text since the images make it difficult to read, also killing the boss seems to have led to a dead end unless that was intended.
I really enjoy all of the worldbuilding detail you've added into the game, it feels much more immersive now! The pictures you've included are a very nice touch as well, I can visualize the PCs life and surroundings much better with both additions.
There were a couple bugs, but nothing that made the game unplayable. At times it was a little difficult to read as well. The formatting is a little inconsistent as well, such as breaking up dialogue in some moments but not others.
I really liked how this game played, how it was a big loop and that every time you lost you would go back to the beginning. I really liked the dialog because it absolutely felt like you were in the Italian mafia. it was a bit hard to read with certain colors being bright on a bright background, and there were some glitches and typos, but it was still great.
I loved the concept of this game, and the environment was very immersive! My biggest issues are the readability and lack of editing. The dialogue was enjoyable, but I struggled to read it quite a few times due to the low contrast. There was also a few typos and errors, but nothing game breaking. I love the various endings you can get, and how the game loops if you lose. Well done!
the game looks great i love the choice of font and color along with the images. it really makes me feel immersed in the world. that said some of the text colors in dialogue could be a little heard to read. aside from maybe needing general proofreading you have a problem with not putting quotation marks and only inconsistently doing paragraph breaks at the end of dialogue. otherwise i think the story and writing are great and i like how much detail you added from the previous version. I wish you'd made it a bit harder though. I love the opening and i love what you've added to it, its a great way to set up the stakes and draw the player in immediately.
