Cute game! I really like that it's not just the basic game where you cross the road, but there's also a guess the word game! It makes you think a bit more strategically where you should drop your frogs. Great work!
Thank you for playing my game! Yep, you totally get the design of this game. Uncovering the first letter will make guessing the word much easier, but the letters at both ends are the most challenging to get the frog onto. And sometimes you need to strategically make use of a combination of basic and turbo jumps.
Thank you for playing my game! The frog in water animation is literally just a split second. I am glad to know your son noticed it. It's to make the miss a bit more entertaining.
I really liked the idea of this one. It's a fun game. It would be extra nice if we could write our guess and then see if we got it right but still its a solid game. Great Work!
After the gameplay has ended, it asks what you want to do next. Click and it will give you 3 choices: reveal the word, replay the same word, or play a new word. You have to click to see the 3 choices. I did not put the three choices right there, and you have to click once, because I have found that if I did put the three choices immediately right there, I often clicked on a choice unintentionally when I was still frantically clicking at the last second. If you choose to reveal the word, you will see if it matches your guess.
This is an interesting concept and the execution is done well. The visuals and audio are nice. I hope you make a post jam version without time limit. Also please check out my game and share some feedback.
Thank you for playing my game. I like my game better without time limit, too. My first draft of the game had 6 rows, instead of the current 3 rows, of lilypads and logs. After play-testing my game, I reduced the number of rows to the current 3.
I did play your game several days ago. I did not leave comment because I was not sure I played it right.
I think choosing 3 rows is a good decision considering the time limit. My game is mostly just reading a story while clicking on the moon and stars in between.
Thank you for playing my game! When it starts voice countdown, I usually get panic and make so many stupid mistakes that I would run out of frogs before time's up. :D So I am glad I found some soothing countdown voice.
When the player successfully uncovers all 6 letters, the voice says something too.
:D I have found that when I make myself clear my mind and focus, I can get all 6. Also, the left/right mouse clicks work more efficiently than keyboard for me. I guess I will use my game to train myself to learn to keep my cool and focus under time pressure. But I think it's more fun not to know all the letters and have to guess the word at the end, anyway.

I liked the game! I got stuck for a long time, but my maximum is two frogs near the chests.
Thank you for playing my game. Yeah, if it's not for the 20 seconds limit, I think the speed could be set by the player.
I see that your game character is a frog, too! Frogs are cute game characters!

I like the mechanics, such a fun way to play hang man and cross the road at once :)) Also love the simple art style. Nice job!!!
Thank you for playing my game!
Love the art (and my 3yr old who was watching me play especially loved the frogs going for a swim when I missed)
Cool game, lovely concept and well executed.

Most soothing countdown voice!

Oh my. I cant for the life of me get all 6 frogs to land on a chest without messing up.
The voice message might stay a mystery for me .

This was such a well done project! Frogger is a fantastic game and to see how you made it your own is truly commendable. Great job! :)
Thank you so much for checking out my game!
clever twist on the arcade classic and fun to play :)
Thanks so much for playing my game!
