use pillars a lot and take maps like winterfell for inspiration
Or if you want a more rough design, use mostly grey blocks
I got kinda stumped by this when making my map (areal sanctuary)
For this map I think the grey blocks would work best
Make the pillars and the walls first, you can go from there and add texture and detail
You might even want to use orange blocks to make a building or pyramid like in some desert maps
