Really cool visuals and concept.
Thanx a lot! :)
This is terrific. My first thought was "Is this a spy game?" then I saw the magic surveillance cameras and understood, haha. I love how the alert sound is like a fantasy twinkly harp siren, great execution all round.
Thanx for the feedback! :D
This was so fun, I'm really grateful the turrets had a limited range when they were alerted so you can still hide and cool off and when the statues are stabbing up you can still escape with deft movement and timing! Otherwise getting caught would be more disastrous than it already is, trying to flee while in the middle of a firestorm is hilarious. The checkpoints were well placed and it's obvious this was playtested thoroughly. Sound was great especially the sneaky music.
Also really appreciated the controller integration.
Thank you so much for the feedback. I haven't had time to present the game as I would like, but I'm making adjustments and at the end of the Jam voting it will be updated with improvements such as cutscenes, polishing and bug fixes :)
This is a fun game. I love the graphics. The stealth timed recovery system is very interesting.
Thanx a lot! I'm glad you liked it! :)
I love the retro vibe and graphics are incredibly polished! Keyboard controls were a bit uncomfortable, tho, although gameplay is very clear. Was surprised of the result when cameras got me. It get very thrilling. I had the feeling that I could escape fireballs but that I was f*cked up at the same time.
Thanx a lot! I tried to keep the game balanced even though I couldn't implement the mechanics I wanted. As for the keyboard controls, I haven't had time to adjust them to another configuration, but I will in a future update. What configuration do you think would be interesting?
Maybe it was me! I would use both hands, so movement on the left, and actions on the right (maybe ASDW+JKL keys?)
In my case, I'm used to using both hands, moving the directional arrows on the right and pressing the Z and X action buttons on the right, but I liked your suggestion to add that.
AMAZING! Quick and perfect!
Thanx a lot! :)
