The six-way animation of the characters is great. I think it's well done.
Arrow keys would be nice because WASD + Z/X isn't a great control scheme. Game definitely seems pretty buggy and sometimes the punches don't register but good job considering the time span!
Bro Heavy click is op and u dont even have to use light hit. The game is also kinda repetitive and easy. Love the walking animation of the enemies looks so goofy :)
Nice job for only 2 days! Loved the punching animation :) I agree with the other comments about the controls, but still very impressive for such a short amount of time!
Like Wyatt said I think the controls could be click based maybe so light with left click and heavy with right click in addition to the current button could work too. When it comes to buttons just try to diversify them as much as possible so lefties and righties can play. Now to the things I liked. I really loved the pixel art and old school game vibes. I think what you put together in two days is great. Keep up the great work wish you the best with your next game.
The controls needed some adjustment, hitting Z/X is difficult when the same hand is also controlling movement on WASD. Controller support or a menu to rebind would have done a lot here. I admire the originality of trying a old school beatemup in a Momentum Jam!
When I'm in Tokyo feeling that Summer heat I hope my experience isn't like this, goons trying to beat me up left and right, me punching with both hands and dodging just to stay alive. Fun for a game, not fun for a travel experience.
