Cards come from too many different sources, and some I documented their source of, but many not; many are fan created. Most do not come from arkhamdb because their resolution is too low.
I started collecting to enrich my deck-building options, and I did not care where they came from. Most people just store the cards based on pips and color.
I could provide a directory list, but nobody asked for it.
