Great game! Love the dice mechanic. It reminded me alot of chutes and ladders. Really could see a lot of potential for a future game.

I liked this idea for snake and ladders, it makes it more interesting

Now THIS is insane for 4 hours of dev time.  I think your implementation of these little roguelike elements is excellent.  Would be nice to have a little indicator on your box that reminds you with direction (horizontally) you're currently moving in.   Actually, when you hover a dice, you could get a "ghost" indicator that tells you where you'll end up if you use that die.

Getting a bunch of chests can quickly allow you to go infinite, but I am seriously impressed with this.

Hi, thanks a lot for playing!
Those are great suggestions to improve readability.
A hover “ghost” indicator is a really good idea.
And yes, with enough upgrades and extra dice, it’s possible to outrun the collapsing board. Balancing that without making the early game too punishing was tricky.
Thanks for the feedback!

Oh my god I loved this! This is amazing! The dice manipulation is so much fun and taking a game that usually has no control and being given complete control is amazing yesss. The direction that the row is going could be a bit more clear, there were a few times I went a way I didn't intend to due to that, and reading the direction of the numbers is a bit tiring. Possibly having arrows on the side showing the direction would be neat. Also I was unfortunately soft locked because I got too many dice 😔 (I would recommend using a scroll container).

Anyways, peak game, amazing, great job! :DDD

Thanks for the feedback, I’m really happy you liked it!
Good point about the movement direction — clearer arrows would help avoid unintended moves.
And yes, having too many dice can currently break the UI 😅 Since the game is endless, there’s technically no “win”, but a scroll container or a limit would clearly be better.

Thanks again!

The concept is really fun. I can see there be a lot of levels into this. Visually a little cluttered, but it adds to the madness

Wow lot of work in here for a short time frame. Nice job.

The "Skipping the die" feature isn't working very well, but I really liked the idea of the game.

Developer

Oh, you're right, I just noticed that. It was working before. I'll have to fix that.

Good game!

Great game! Rogue-like is the natural evolution for a game like Snakes & Ladders and the excecution is perfect.
