The game seems to freeze when I go into debt. Is that a lose condition?
There is also an ending when you go into debt, which you can select from the options on the left.
Good job on the game! Add in some additional mechanics and a little balancing, and you could have something cozy to play!

Sick stuff. Having the losing rolls take away the same or more money than the winning ones makes actually progressing up the ladder feel super good. Roll sfx also resurrected my pet goldfish.

Nice graphics! Raw but straighforward. I think you should buff the 4 on the dice to prevent early ragequit xD
Actually, I designed the game to show how much gambling can make you lose, which is why it includes the line “the only way to win at gambling is not to play.” It was a conscious design choice, but you’re right—I didn’t have much time to balance the game. Thanks a lot for playing.
