I think you should organize all the tasks and scenarios clearly, ensure that they are triggered at the right time, prevent them from triggering prematurely, which can reduce bugs and allow players to focus on the current task. You can draw a tree structure, where only when the root task is completed can the next tasks and scenarios be triggered.

1) The screen is sometimes locked, and the F1 button sometimes helps to unlock it.

2) Black screen on squirt races.

3) The game crashes on the milking farm. 

4) After the doctor gives birth, the store for activating pills (booba pils, etc.) disappears.

And I would also like to see more interactivity, such as interactions with people on the street or in a nightclub.

Forgot to talk to Emma before paying off the debt and refusing to seduce her for Mario. Agreed to take Mario down with Sofia, using Emma as the attack angle.

I've gotten Anna to 2.5k subs 2 times now and nothing happens. I'm playing 1.8A if that changes anything

Few other glitches actually: I think I've done the alice minigame about 3 times but nothing happens i didnt choose to steal, anna always shows up when I go to charlotte
