I was in a dungeon and had the perk that makes critical hits trigger your parry skill and the dungeon hat modifiers that gave pretty much guaranteed critical hits. Maybe a cooldown on the effect would prevent this, or maybe the parry blast's critical just having an exception so it doesn't trigger the perk's effect. The second would let you have lots of blasts go out with them not going infinite and still be a fun power boost, but the first would be a big nerf, but still fun.

And I've had this happen on non-nudists, too.  I wouldn't have an issue if it was the nudists, but I keep finding characters dropping gear. It really sucks when they do it right as you're going to the next floor in a dungeon so you can't go back and grab it.

There are effects that reduce the chance to be critted. Is it possible your opponent had one of those effects?

If we're putting random requests for stuff for future updates - an option to switch to the old graphics for characters if you haven't put in a lot of scenes for them (The main one I want back is the bartender), and maybe a chance to wake up with the people who know where you live occasionally showing up in your bedroom, and you could toggle that like the Wednesday morning activities for people who need their sleep. Also using the guest room if you didn't take the evil Mario path, it's not like he's using it at that point and I'm sure some people would be into the vibe of such a room without the full evil mode. Also, if you lose in the shrine there are plenty of monsters that could take their prize before you wake up in the hospital (you can also toggle that or set who you don't mind being a prize for), or heck if you win some might want to hold on to you to stay a little longer before fading back to the nether. Also, maybe someone backing it up on you in the glory hole instead of just head, although that's pretty low on the request list for me.

Minor thing, I always have to reset my character appearance every time I load in, which is annoying if I saved mid fight and I've changed and can't go back to my normal look till next fight. Can saving appearance be a thing?

(1 edit)

For the hygiene features, can we get either a perk or to stay clean on our gear, or be able to bathe in the water areas? In the early game water buckets can be random to come by.

Cowgirl seems to have gained a bit of oh look jiggle physics. Nothing wrong with that, but can we get the old animations in addition to the new ones - some characters look better shaking than others and  the option to use either normal or jiggly animation might be nice, or a combined version where you get normal then wiggly, then change position normal, then wiggly again.

If people are also supposed to be testing things like tents, maybe not making them past world 10 might be good - not everyone is trying to "git gud" for this style of game, and the higher levels are most easily beaten with helpers, but the game gets laggier with more team mates so you have to actually play better or get really lucky with the perks you get, or wipe out all the mods on the zones which also feels counter to the point.

Also, minor annoying lack of continuity, Emma's talks after arresting Mario don't change, and if you steal Alice she still asks where Adrian is even if he wasn't at the club with you. The doctor's appearance is updated in the hospital with the new content, so these bits of older content might warrant a look.

Very occasional bug when milking by hand, the mouse didn't seem to click, but hitting space bar worked and afterwards clicking worked.

Seems to work in the 1.8A version

Had a bunch of stuff trigger when Dude wanted to go camping, and went camping and also ended up back home. Had stepped out of wardrobe for first time on a thursday, had Josef ask about camping, said yes, did that, and then ran into Adrian in the upstairs.

Do old saves not work in this version? It would make sense, but I'm not seeing my prior saves

I have a windows 8 computer with the same issue.

I only think there are 2. Haven't found more, and one is more an alternate position to one of the small scenes than a new scene.

2 quick things.  in the new scene, where emily says "Yummy, try some of his ..." I think it should be "Yummy, try some of this...'' and in small scene in your room when you have a surprise visit, hitting switch the first time doesn't seem to actually switch.
