Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
Inspired by the Game Jam’s image—the famous fingers from The Creation of Adam, glowing blue and kind of futuristic—I saw it as a way to explore control and authority in today’s digital world. So I made a satirical game about power, judgment, and societal expectations.
At the start, the player is God’s hand, controlling characters in a Valentine’s Day-themed world. Men and women trade their bodies for gifts, decorations, and possessions; their hearts are turned into rigid models, and their personal interests are removed. Baby models show the pressure to give up dreams and follow life paths society expects. This comes from real life—especially as a woman, I often feel these kinds of “instructions.”
Later, the game shifts to a mobile phone view, and players realize they’re on the other side of a screen, judging and influencing others like a God—but they can’t actually help anyone. The ending shows the irony: even the player, acting as God, is controlled by countless other “gods,” showing how power and judgment keep repeating in both life and online spaces.

I had such a fun time playing this game, very cheeky and also (to TaRosie's comment) Rusty Lake adjacent. I'd be so thrilled to see a second iteration where there's a little more guidance for hints, but this is such a fun distant cousin of some fantastic other puzzlers. The art style also felt really perfect for the tongue-in-cheek nature of the creative vision. Enjoyed it a ton overall. Thanks for sharing your work, amazing job!
Hi, thank you so much for your kind words — I’m really glad you enjoyed the game!
I’m actually a huge fan of Rusty Lake, and this project was created as a small tribute to their work. It was developed for a game jam, so everything was designed around the theme and completed within just one week. Because of that, it does lack certain features, such as clearer guidance, a save system, and other refinements.
It was intended as a fun experiment rather than a fully polished release. In the future, we plan to create other, more complete projects — I hope you’ll come back and try them as well!
A friend messaged me saying that if I like Rusty Lake, I absolutely have to try this, so here I am!
While it clearly builds on some classic strengths of the point-and-click genre, the game goes further by fully absorbing and reflecting on the underlying logic, and thoughtfully weaving that into the theme as a social commentary. It combines a strong idea, a classic genre foundation, and a very polished, high-quality execution.
Well done! 美术好伟大
(and yes, I agree with my friend that this entry deserves a lot more attention.

First off, I love contrast between the gross content matter with the soft jazz. You guys nailed the art style and vibe. However, the gameplay had me clicking randomly and hoping that I would progress. Regardless, great game, I'm looking forward to your future work!
Thank you so much for the detailed feedback — we’re really glad you enjoyed the contrast, art style, and overall vibe!
We agree that the game mechanics could be clearer. Our intention was for players to solve puzzles through reasoning and the logical use of items, but we realize that this isn’t always obvious in practice. We’re definitely considering adding clearer hints or guidance. If you’re willing to share which parts felt confusing, that would be incredibly helpful for us.
As for the future, we’re already working on a new project, and we’d love it if you continue to follow our work. Thanks again for playing and for your support!
Very cool, also very funny. I did get to a point where I was just clicking on everything on screen just to try and solve the next bit. I assumed I had to do something with the camera, but I could never figure out what. Maybe having a hint button could help dummys like me. On another note, art work was fantastic, truly top notch.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We did consider adding a hint system, but due to time constraints we weren’t able to include it in this version. Your suggestion is incredibly helpful and definitely something we’ll keep in mind for future updates. We’re also really glad you enjoyed the artwork — that truly means a lot to us.
Also, if you’re willing to share which parts felt confusing, that would be incredibly helpful for us.
can't remember off the top of my head. I'll have another play through a bit later and let you know.
Thank you so much for being willing to take the time to give us feedback — we really appreciate it!
This was great. I really enjoyed the puzzles and the artwork. The metaphors throughout the game were extremely clever. Great work!
Thank you so much! I’m really happy to hear that the metaphors came through — I was honestly a bit worried whether they were clear enough, so it means a lot to know someone picked up on them hehe.
Also, if you’re willing to share which parts felt confusing, that would be incredibly helpful for us.
I don’t have much suggestion for that, as I was able to complete the puzzles and get the ending. Some puzzles took longer than others, but nothing over-the-top frustrating. It was well paced and challenging enough to keep attention. Great job!
Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the pacing and challenge. This was a small project made in a very short time, so receiving your positive feedback truly means a lot to us. It gives us a huge boost of motivation as we continue developing more projects. Thanks again for playing and for the encouragement!
