My left mouse button hates me after playing this 😆. It is a really fun and addictive game. The 1-bit style goes well with the theme too. You can probably add a CRT/scanlines shader on top of this game to really sell that retro vibe.

This was super polished! The diversity of weapons (the machine gun was insane good feeling, and the double pistol felt really cool) was great, and the fact that enemies falling in the lava make you lose points made it more nervous. Simple, 1-bit, super good, 100% in the theme.

The game looks really polished! The only thing i can say is, when the player takes damage, make him invert colors and make freeze frames, so you can know when you collided with the enemy.

Really fun game! loved the variety of enemies and weapons, incredibly well made for your first jam.

Fun game I like that you have different difficulties and I like the 1bit art style. Also the random weapon switching mechanic kept me on my toes.
