This was a very cool entry, loved the atmosphere! I couldn't quite figure out how to get a higher score, but it was fun to try out different combinations!

The voice acting is great and I really love the feeling you created. Beaut talking to the player adds so much character, really like your approach. I found it a bit difficult to get a high rating, because it felt kinda random, but I think that was the intention, because Beaut isnt fair/nice.
Great Job overall!

Very cool idea with a lot of character! I loved the voice acting and the atmosphere!

This was such a fun take on customization! There were a few minor usability issues like using arrows on the slider would move the slider but not update the choice but, again, minor. I think it would also feel smoother if a line was skipped instead of cutting off the current line but again, very minor. It’s really easy to see some expansion to this, like a handful of comical deaths: meat grinder, lasers, etc.

Great atmosphere created. The combination of the voice acting, the light set-up, and the visual theme really enhanced the feel of the game.

I loved the voice acting playing an interesting part of the story. It felt immersive and responsive with my customizations. I am really invested in the game's story now. As for the customizations, they have a great amount of variety and has solid visuals to pair up with it. Not much to complain, since it feels like a polished game already.

Great job!

Thank you so much, im really happy that i managed to get my vision across, glad you had fun!

You have about 202,927,725 combinations of filth to destroy. You did such a great job of justifying the creator. Most of the games here (even some popular titles like skyrim) just have it as a way to get the player invested in what's next. You however, made the whole experience feel complete, and not just "the thing to do".

Truly, great job.

Thank you so much <3 I really like customizations in games and with this entry i wanted to keep it fresh and interesting, glad i managed to achieve that goal!

It’s a solid game! The intro was amazing I found it really inspiring, Not many games make it so easy for players to understand what to do, and this one did a great job with the intro . The insults were quite hurtful, and the kill button is cruel😿

Developer

Thank you! I wanted the intro to be as easy and straightforward as it can be, happy you liked it!

I only had one afternoon to record and edit the voice acting, so its not the best, but im happy you still liked it!

LOL the voice acting tho. This reminds of the voice acting in death squared -- kind of breaking the fourth wall and actively commenting on the player's gameplay. Big fan of the insults ahaha! It definitely creates some iconic moments.

Really glad you enjoyed it haha :)

Funny idea with the bot's comments!

I love the graphic and sound. But seems like I got stuck at the first phase cuz I keep killing corpse and nothing happens(?)

Update: Turns out because I pressed Kill before the tutorial starts. Okay the game is cool and I love being roasted about my fashion sense lol. Hope to see this being developed further. Great work!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback, i didn't have time to test and so i didnt catch that huge bug sadly, but im really glad you enjoyed it tho :)

Well done on the atmosphere and UI design, they really fit the game well. You did mention something about there being bugs, but the only thing I found accidentally was being able to use the kill button before the tutorial had even started, completely soft-locking the game. Was kinda funny for a bit.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, that seems like something i should deffinitely fix, hope you liked the game tho!

I really like the atmosphere in this one, I was confused why the beauty thingy kept going up and down even though i used same things. Well done

Developer

Thanks i was really going all-in on the atmosphere more or less, glad you liked it!

I like the dark atmosphere of the game. There seems like a good selection of customisations and  colours but what I like most is that it's tied to a beauty meter. I couldn't get it past 2 unfortunately but it was fun trying different things out and using the kill button to reset the customisations goes well with the narrative

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing, glad you had fun <3

You can change things easy enough - but dont seem to be a point to it yet.

-Beauty light indicator just randomly goes up and down, but suppose that is the broken machine idea you are playing with.

Dunno where you are taking this for round 2.

Developer

Yes, i just focused on the character creator and the atmosphere in this round, planned to do more but i was on a time crunch due to school so i sadly couldn't

Wow, this felt super cool!

You really built a cool atmosphere!

I really enjoyed the narrative!

Fun concept with hilarious machine dialogue and strong voice acting that really elevates the jam entry!

Nice entry, rare to see audible dialogue in a jam game!

I played the web build:

I experienced some lag while changing clothing.  The only option I found after I customized everything was "kill," which seemed like a reset button.  I missed it if there was some way to progress past the customization screen.

The customization options had a nice variety, although I couldn't tell if they affected gameplay at all, the computer voice was telling me I was making it worse lol.

I enjoyed the humor and aesthetic, good work!

Developer(+1)

Currently it is just a character creator, the idea was that the bot is really judgy and unsatisfied with anything you do, thus keeps flaming you.

The webs build might have some lags yes, sadly some visual features also had to be left out from it.
