They either say they are "speeding up the paymant" or that "it is the payment processors" are blocking the payment. They can speed this up? ...or does it mean that it usualy takes 5months but you can have your money in 4?

Stripe usually pays companies within 14-30 days, so waiting 5 months is too long. They replied, “Let us know when you’ve done this and we’ll expedite your payout for you at our earliest convenience,” but no one expedited anything.
