Game Description
Beer pong, but with... an egg carton?!
How does your game tie into the theme?
This game embodies the repurposed theme because of the main game component, the humble egg carton. Instead of tossing it out with the trash, the bar patrons instead choose to use it in a modified game of beer pong!

Interesting take on beer pong. I liked the ambience and trying to bounce balls in. I did run into a couple of odd technical quirks. The camera controls didn’t seem to work in the browser duck duck go, but I did it to work in chrome. I was also confused by the audio controls. At first I thought they didn’t do anything then I realized if I clicked save then it triggered. I think it would be more intuitive to hook that up to changing the sliders directly. Nice work getting all those textures and models to play on the browser without lagging things!
I am so glad you brought up testing in multiple browsers. This is my first attempt at deploying a web build. I will definitely test more browsers in the future! I also agree that we should have taken more time on our settings menu. Would have been nice to have a confirmation pop-up if the player tried to close that dialog with unsaved changes.
Thank you for playing our game, and the awesome feedback!

I also managed to get all the achievements!! Fun game nice to use for trick shots was happy to throw behind the bar. After getting the mouse placement down I was able to get it more consistent :) Love the coloring. The particle effects and sfx made the game way more rewarding!
Had fun trying different throws from different locations, although I don't think I'm very good at this game haha.
I spent a good amount of time just standing there cracking up at the character animations before doing anything, those were hilarious
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the animations! Carton Pong is definitely more difficult than we intended. Difficulty is a through line of our feedback, and something we will take another look at if we decide to continue development! Were you able to make a shot from behind the bar?! There is an achievement for that one!
Fun little mini game. The crowd cheering and the confetti made me laugh and feel accomplished. Reminds me of TrickShot Simulator :)
Cool entry! Nice job on the ambience, even if I got laughed at a lot 😅
This was a neat little game. The controls were easy enough to learn, though the aiming being offset from your view took a bit to get used to. It worked for the game, and added a bit of challenge, especially for the long throw from behind the bar. It took me 19 throws to get that achievement, with far too many going off to the side of the carton. This was a good variation on beer pong, especially with the achievements for different patterns.
Thanks for playing, and kudos for getting the behind the bar "Long Shot" achievement! I found that one to be even harder than the TicTacToe one. In hindsight, I wish we had put a bowl of ping pong balls behind the counter to make that achievement less tedious to attempt.
The slightly-off throw trajectory is also on my short list of things to review. We appreciate the kind words and feedback!
This was a pretty creative idea. The environment was really well done. I'm curious where you got those models. They looked really good. The sound design was really good too. Along with the attention to detail in the environment, this was a well put-together game.
I would've liked the ability to change the force of my throw. I was also able to cheat by just walking up to the egg carton and shooting them in at close range.
Really nice job. Very solid game.
Thank you for trying our game, and your feedback! My brother was in charge of the art and level design for our jam. I am pretty sure he got the models (and their animations) from Mixamo. We downscaled their textures from 4k to 512 to improve game performance, and decrease file size.
I agree with your comment on player controlled throw force. It was a part of the original scope, but was cut due to time constraints. I am glad you enjoyed our jam entry!
Here's my highscore:

The gameplay idea was really good, and it felt like a whole game. I liked the menu options, and I think the game was a good difficulty :)
One thing is it feels a little random whether the ping pong balls go in or bounce out. I think if the throw speed was a little less, it might feel a bit more satisfying to line up your shots and have them bounce 3+ times before they go in. But thats just an idea.
WOW! 23 is a crazy good high score, well done! I like your idea about giving the ball less throw power but more bounciness. Part of our original game scope was to have variable throw power, but was cut due to time pressure. We will definitely keep this in mind if we decide to pursue the project further. Thanks for playing!
Great non-alcoholic idea of using an egg carton for a "beer pong" game! I love how much fun the blonde girl was having but I don't think she was quite in the right place. It was fun to walk around and examine the surroundings. I threw all the balls but then nothing happened and I couldn't restart. Was missing some "reset" button or a "game over" type of screen. The music was really pleasant. Great job!
Cool entry, it's simple mechanic but just fun!
Visuals are great and it works really smooth on web build. Atmosphere is pretty good with SFX and music. Cool!
I would love to have possibility of choosing power of throw (maybe by just keeping button pressed).
I think there could be some limitation that you should stand at certain point to fair, now i could just come close to target to make it easier.
Congratulations on your submission!
All these people saying the game is hard have no idea what they're talking about. I managed to get one in from behind the bar, and it only took me a couple of hundred tries!
Great graphics, the dancers got me really hyped up, and the confetti made me feel really good about myself, 10/10
Really good visuals, and I agree with the comments saying the game is very hard, but it's pretty fun regardless. Still managed to get one ball in!
I agree that the game is very, very hard. I had the most success when standing against the table + the ping pong ball bowl. I wedge myself into that corner, then look down at ~30-45 degree angle to throw. My high score is 16 points (bouncing off of the table is a x2 multiplier on the ball's score).
Thanks for trying out our submission! This is great feedback.
finally get to live out the fantasy of having the entire bar cheer for my beer pong game. the cheering is really funny. i had a kind of hard time at placing the ball, but when it got in it was very satisfying :)
The cheering was worth all that laughter. Great sounds when the ball bounces!
interesting game
breaks with the camera if you press esc however as it exits the confined mouse mode
