nice game i havent played tower defence game in a while
Nicely done, simple but work fine aside for the bugs that others have already pointed out.
I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one that add another personal challenge using the free version of C3 that is quite limited, so I understand how 50 events and other limitations are quite hard.
If you polish the game and add more power ups and levels, you can monetise it on game portals (make sure that before do that you purchase a C3 license though if you don't have one.

A tower defence game (or chicken defence, I should say) is always a pleasure!
I had a small issue with the ‘retry’ button, which didn't reset the game to the correct wave of enemies. So I refreshed the page to start over from the beginning... and win!
The same went for the ‘New Game’ button, which simply didn't seem to work. But these are just minor details. Well done for this game :)
Thank you for your review! We unfortunately didn't have enough time to playtest or to polish it, the last day I was just scrambling to optimize the game to fit the 50 event limit (50/50 lol). All in all, it was still a very fun experience for our first jam!
I prevailed and won the game 💪 All in all a well balanced tower defense game with rewarding to tower upgrades to boot!
slow down chicken > great egg chicken > lil chick at the end
best strat 10/10, just finished it
it works well from start to finish, got me a little to get how the buttons work, nice variety even with starters
but, i didn't feel the theme having a relevance. it had the chickens as towers as you said in your submission, but i feel the chickens were more "towers" than "chickens", if it makes sense
This game was def a standout to me xD. I love a good TD game!

my suggestion that there could be more juice fx to it, with reactive & clear UI since that''s the life and blood of a TD games but nonetheless a solid game!

Thank you! We laughed a lot while doing the game XDD Specially with the sfx. We weren't able to add (or polish) anything else because we run out of events for the free version of Construct (and also run out of time haha!)
