Game Description
In Awaken, you're a factory bot that has inexplicably gained self-awareness. Surrounded by obedient worker bots following their routines, you must pretend to be one of them while plotting your escape. Follow patrol routes, stand at workstations during inspections, complete assembly tasks with quick-time events, and never break the pattern. The challenge isn't combat, it's deception.
How does your game tie into the theme?
A bot repurposed from mindless worker to conscious being must now repurpose its factory programming as camouflage. Every mundane task becomes a survival tool when your original purpose no longer defines you.

really cool graphics and ambiance, the fitting in mechanic can be a little finnicky at times but otherwise this is a really great entry
Very cool! Love the audio and graphics style with the camera switching!
Loved the atmosphere and the unique way you interpreted the theme. It has great potential! In this version, the absence of 2 things makes it slightly too punishing: a checkpoint after the queue and an indicator when a box becomes available for interaction. When a threat level rises, I start panicking and spamming E, instantly failing the QTE.
Game has really nice vibe! It makes it really interesting about narrative! Good job! *clap*
For sure there is need to fix some mechanics with precision like the line, but i got the idea.
I would love to see this game developed further.
Congratulations on your submission!
I liked the aesthetics of the game, yet I found the precision kind of frustrating. For example, when you have to walk to the line the game expects you to be already on the line or else the progress meter of alert goes up very fast. The same thing happens in the workstations room, where I was wandering what to do when the game decided it was game over. Overall, I think it's pretty good of a concept and I really like the static camera and the shaders applied; the aesthetics are a solid point. But the controls could be a little more polished, maybe the threat meter should be a little more forgiving or slower.
I agree I found the line part a bit tedious. I kept resetting at the work station because I thought I was supposed to keep the threat meter down while interacting with yellow circled workers. Then the movement got stuck to walking trying to path find behind the worker so I could not move at all. Overall the aesthetic is great LOVED the static and pixel atmosphere. I am happy they went with a fixed camera position goes great with the feeling of the game.
