Beat the first boss and got swarmed by the swole aliens shortly afterwards, had to lock in after dying the first time.
Felt like some enemies were spawning on top of me sometimes..... But overall cool theme and cool game
I think you might be one of the only people to see wave 2, great job!
Interesting game, the sound looped on itself at some point but i really liked each individual effect - once i turned them all down across the board it sounded great. The powerups were all very inventive, though I think I killed myself on my own firewalk, which made me sad. Good job overall!
not an easy game, but I can see where you were going and i think you did a great job here. it's a bit hard to aim properly (for me at least), and I *think* when I got teleported to the 'click me!' dropped machine thing, that it teleported an alien enemy with me. not any big deal, just thought i'd tell you :) near perfect use of theme & audio
great work.
Yeah I noticed that a few times but did not have the time to fix it :( also I amid the game is very hard I think only two people have ever beaten it entirely! Thanks for the feedback!
I really liked the concept and the arts, great job!
the game's cool but the audio is so ear piercingly mixed that i can't play it without it being muted. it kinda sounds like the 1 bit chips that were in 1970s computers. i think if you got rid of some bitcrusher filters it would be better but the ear piercing audio kinda ruins the experience. great art though!
Different strokes, I rated the audio almost perfect, haha!
Please look at the games main itch page for some more info that is quite silly and akin to the epic tales of my beloved Adam Sandler's (who sadly divorced my child last year R.I.P.) comedies :)
i really loved this one! It was so much fun to play and definitely one of if not my most favorite so far. The gameplay felt really well polished and i loved the design of all the enemies. The UI for the upgrades was also super cool
It's quite enjoyable and has good gameplay content, although spamming click on the crates to open them is a bit weird, but otherwise pretty good! :D
You are able to hold click. Sorry that's not too clear but it was hard too phrase in-game, thanks!
Ah, I see!!
This is my current favorite, The game is super fun and i'll definetly play it atleast once outside the jam.
The art is a little inconsistent sometimes but is otherwise all really well made. The difficulty scaling is really good it took me a bit to realize that I had to spam click on the crates to open them, theirs also a bunch of cool and unique upgrades but sometimes when I was fighting the boss the upgrade UI would appear and I'd click through it rly fast so I didnt get to see what the upgrade did but it had a really cool UI :(.
My first playthrough I also randomly started flying at supersonic speeds and just died so i don't know about that.
Either way good job, you should be VERY proud
Yeah the game seems polished but it's being held together by flex tape and sometimes the physics go VRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRPP
Fun game and graphics! I think I'd like the gameplay a bit better if the waves were a little smaller and faster, but I think this works. One piece of feedback for you is that it looks like some of the sprites have nearest filtering whereas others have linear filtering—I think your game would have a more consistent look if you went all in on either one or the other. Cool submission!
Thank you, I am rather unafamilar with the game engine I used and tried to fix the weird graphics but could not figure it out!
Great Game!!
The gameplay was fun and I liked the graphics. The music was a little overwhelming and I was kind of surprised by it when I first started, but I gradually got used to it. Other than that, it was a pretty fun game, good job!
