The game is really unique. A good implementation for the theme. I would have liked to see the special object better implemented. The controls are a little janky but it was a great game
yeah at first i was planning to make it in the form of a conveyor belt with a machine that mix shards you have collected into new colors of lenses, but my modeling ability didn't help and time was limited, but thanks for your comment!
yeah in the trivia level sometimes one the levels overlap each other, i coulnt find a way to fix it so i just wrote a note
thanks! but to give this effect of the paintings will need many copies of each will consume much more ram and cpu which will result in lag
Nice game!! Feels like i am dreaming!
I liked the many different takes on the core mechanic. I got stuck on the riddles/triva quiz. Good work!
yeah about that im kinda nerd in everything so i put in a mixture of many things that im interested in so it might need you to open google few times, sorry about that, but THANKS!
It was satisfying trying to navigate the platforms while switching colors, it makes for a great puzzle game. The colors were just a bit harsh which made me dizzy when switching between them. Other than that, a really smart idea!
thanks for your notes, i tried my best to set them to suitable alpha level but nothing was fitting. but even though thanks!
Great idea, I like it. Game looks not bad. However, the fullscreen colors are too much distracting. Good luck in your first jam and other jams! 😊
thanks i was trying to balance the lens colors but they looked to transparent for the layer to notice, so i needed to increase the alpha, but thanks for your comment!
The first person movement feels very abrupt. The camera snaps around
i know i spent more time fixing physics bugs, without putting a lot of time in the player movement
Wow! This is one of the most unique ideas I've ever seen in a jam! Truly brilliant (unless this is a trope I don't know about!)
Great job! Unfortunately first person stuff makes me dizzy, so I couldn't get too far (i didn't hold that against you in ratings!), but the color shifting serves so many purposes. One mechanic, like 12 uses. Genius stuff, team. Good work!
thank you this is my first game jam and happy that people could find my work brilliant, im sorry that first person pov made you dizzy its a common problem with people who are not use to it, but thanks!
That's not your thing to apologize for, it's from a head injury i had years ago. I know to take my time and mostly avoid them, but for game jams I'm willing to get woozy for a little while.
Your first game jam? Fantastic. I wouldn't be surprised if you got very high ratings, but in case you don't-- don't take it the wrong way. It is all a learning experience. congrats to you no matter what!
dont worry, not here to win, im here for the love of the game.
