I’ve been waiting for a response from itch.io for over 2 months (crazy), and so far I’ve received nothing. Please reply to my messages so I can understand how I should proceed. This is an important project, and it matters a lot to me as a developer.

I'm in the same boat, I have had tickets going back 6 months. Still waiting on a response, I think some tickets are not replied to.
Was it to do with deindexing by any chance? That's what mine are about

I was compensated after 5months and get into a lot of trouble for it here becouse of the the unresponsiveness of itch's official support.
I'm just gathering information on what could be the reason for the delay. Did you also use the "other" payment method? (they said that was the reason in my case)
