It's simple but good; I would have liked more mechanics and not so much general snow.
Such a simple concept but so much fun to be had! I would have loved to see some additional gameplay mechanics like, you have to be careful not to burn hedges or walls… but at the same time I did have a lot of fun just spreading fire with reckless abandon.
Nice simulator! It was an unexpectedly satisfying experience :)
There's something oddly satisfying about melting all the snow away! I did find the controls a bit frustrating though, moving the camera felt very awkward because dragging the mouse would move it off the edge of the page until I couldn't click where I wanted to. I'd recommend locking the mouse cursor to the centre of the screen (you can do that in Unity by changing the cursor.lockstate btw.) But aside from that, nice take on the power wash simulator style gameplay!
Good fun and I love the blocky style! Main crit would be that I wish the ground under the snow was more of a different colour from the snow. It can be hard to see your progress when the ground is only slightly darker than the snow itself. Thanks for sharing your game!!
Way more fun than I thought it would be! I could see this being a full game with a bit more polish.
As a dragon I absolutely approve of flamethrower sims (no matter what time of the year). Loved the snow-angel animation on the main menu behind the flamethrower. Golden.
Not sure if it's a WebGL limitation, but my cursor didn't go away, and mouselook was limited by my screen so I couldn't turn very well. Tried reloading a few times and playing in full screen, same problem.
Seems to be a WebGL problem. It's not ideal but tabbing out and reclicking the game fixes it. Thanks for giving it a try though!
Ill try again!
