Wow this was really good and polished! Good job to the team for this game!
Wow. Really good game. The artwork is great (I love how good the 8 directions look, and how it's animated). It's really well paced. The gameplay is engaging, I never thought I would enjoy a fishing game so much. The only thing is that the notification should be louder when you catch a human (I didn't understand at first), and that once I beat hard and maxed out my stuff, extreme was super easy.
I loved the multi button pressing at once, it threw me off at first and I had to try harder. Somehow the f key was always hard for me to press in time too.
More shop items!
Maybe make it so you can build things or like buy decorations for the house you live in, or something like that, I don't know, but expand this world! This is actually a very well made game.
The concept is hillarious XD The art is so cute and the mechanics is fun as hell. Please expand the game and add more human type so I can traffick (not in real life) :D
I finished it all while yelling my friend that I was busy catching humans at the library.
Amazing game! I love the art style and the fish character itself, but holy, the game is lowkey difficult for people with slow reaction time (me). I enjoyed it overall though!
The art in this game is very good! the only note I have is that a visual indicator for when you're supposed to reel in would be nice. I was playing this muted and didn't know what I was supposed to do. Otherwise very fun game!
Beautiful art!
My completionist instinct took over and I couldn't stop before catching all the humans :D
Although money becomes pointless quite early in that process, RNG on getting the very last human was frustrating, and no reward whatsoever at the end was disappointing - not even a "congrats" message :(
Still a great experience overall!
The concept is really fun, I love being a fish and humanning? , with more mechanisms trading humans (that does not sound good), maybe some base management, I'd def see myself buying this game as a chill cozy game to play! (a popup to show what human u got would be nice too)
Fun concept and awesome presentation, enjoyed my time! ( OBS: Medium Lake is mispelled as "Meduim Lake" in the inventory)
The game concept is unique and entertaining, definetely a step up over other fishing-concept games. I love the individual variation possibility due to humanity being so diverse, this adds more opportunities for the future growth of this game. The execution having so limited conditions is, basically, flawless. The art is very high quality - huge respect for the artist - the controls and humaning process feels very smooth and comfortable, the buttons are easy to learn, but the gameplay is "hard to master" to a certain extent. As of current state of this game - it is, perhaps, a bit too easy. As for the parts that may need some tailoring and improving are:
1. Add a visual notification when the fish is on the bober.
2. Add a dynamic lake with the difficulty varying each time you cast the line. This will improve the replayabilty of the game.
The fact that this game was made in only 3 days and it already looks like most early access releases tells a lot about the skills of the devs and the team work involved. Good job guys! Can't wait to see it on my wishlist on Steam ;)
At first, I didn't understand how to catch the fish at all :D The mouse button controls aren't really perfect. But then, with the right letters, it's very cool—it's not too easy to catch a fish. I would add something to let the player know that they have successfully caught a fish. I only noticed it in the shop :)
But it's a really nice game and the graphics are great :)
