We’ve just released a playable demo of Toycrafter on itch.io

Toycrafter is a psychological horror crafting experience set inside a small, quiet workshop. You pick up tools, cut and paint doll parts, and assemble sculptures as part of a calm, repetitive routine. The tension comes from atmosphere, sound, and the feeling that something in the room isn’t behaving the way it should.

This demo is an early slice of the experience and focuses on:

• Hands-on, tactile crafting

• Subtle environmental changes

• Isolation as the core mechanic

• Letting the player’s imagination do the work
