Creative Vision / Rationale / How Did You Incorporate the Theme
We interpreted the theme in 2 ways
The two hands almost touching reminds us of reaching out and helping. The player goes around the area helping their friends and giving them a bit of light, and even a touch towards the end to show that its ok to reach out even if things might seem a bit scary at times.
the color of the image we felt was lighthearted, and peaceful so we used this to guide how we should write the story and even design the visual aesthetics

Really cute! Loved the art, music, world, writing, and characters. I couldn't progress after having tea, so I'm not sure if I missed something or if that's all there was in the game so far. Either way, great job!
Hey hey! Glad you had fun with it!
After the tea you needed to go south a bit to visit the nerd :) there's a bit more to the game after that point!

That's so cute and warm!Art,story.I can't help smiling when I play the game(っ˘ ˘ς) .
I like the change of music when I open some new map.All the sounds and silence are just right for the emotion at that time. The one who buried itself is very cool hahahaha
Hey winny!
Thank you for such kind words 😊, I'm glad you had a great time with the game!
The game world is cute and visuals are amazing! Nice game
Thank you for the kind words bhargava!
非常喜欢这个游戏!!第一眼就觉得很好玩,有游戏原始纯粹的快乐
Thank you (>ω<)!
I'm happily sharing the light forward-facing rotating fish with others. I always feel fascinated by how the world around gets brighter and brighter. And how the ending feels impactful.
Thank you for the kind words <3
It is so cute! The art, the 3D, everything blends together perfectly! The effect on the 3D edges is also really clever! It feels like the perfect game to cozy up with at home on Christmas with a cup of hot cocoa!
Thanks SHANGTI! And wow that's a compliment!
Personally the shader that I wrote for the revealing effect was the thing I am most proud of, originally it had a pretty basic falloff but it just diddnt feel right, I'm glad I stuck with a dither instead! Using a light source just simply wouldn't look the same also!
I'm glad you had such a great time, Thank you <3
Incredible. This game really captures that cozy spirit of exploration that is so hard to replicate. I'm so glad I got to play, it is definitely my favorite game of the jam so far! Amazing work! (I loved the soundtrack!!)
Aw shucks, thanks rjley <3 I'm glad you had a great time with it!
Our audio guy whimppidy absolutely slam dunks anything they touch, I'm very grateful to be working with such talent!
This was one of the cutest games I’ve played.it was really good! The quests, artwork, sound effects, and overall ambience fit perfectly, and that twist deep inside the forest was amazing. As for suggestions, I actually had to play the game twice, and in my second run I realized that pressing E was required to continue the dialogue in the deep forest. Since there’s no NPC there, my mind didn’t go near pressing E ,any button might feel smoother in that situation. Other than that, it’s simply an amazing game!
Thanks for the feedback!
we had started quite late with this game, and then as soon as we started I got very sick for a handful more days haha. one of the things that I wish I had the time for was making specifically that a bit more clearer.
Glad you had fun with it however <3
The hand-reaching imagery really works well for the theme - love how the visual metaphor of almost touching connects to the gameplay of helping friends. The lighthearted color palette creates a peaceful mood.
Thank you rockisdead!
as soon as I saw the image it was set that it had to be something winter-ish themed haha. I am glad that the theme stood out to you!
Cute art, really healing.Well done!
I appreciate the kind words Jackouman!
Cute and... is cozy the right word for a snow game? Quite the unexpected twist.
Thanks jaogwal <3
Lovely game. The slime character is really cute!
The winter environment is really impressive.
Thanks for playing Daniel! and thanks again for the kind words :)
I had a great time helping the cute snowflake friends! I loved the visuals. thanks!
Thanks for playing Coyote Robot <3
I will have you know my most important documents stay in Downloads. Honestly my favorite interaction was just seeing what random dialog glitchy had to say. How many quips did you give that guy?? Haha
Overall vibes were on point, art direction and music all fit great together in this cozy adventure to help others while also blending with the season. Well done all!
>:( don't do that! (unless you have some backup system that includes the downloads folder haha)
Glitchy guy had 22 lines, I wanted to add more but I had a lot of fun writing him haha
Glad you had fun qtip <3
Loved it great concept and aesthetics, big fan of the guy wanting to have tea with me in the cold for 4 hours!! Only remark I have is maybe the footsteps become annoying after so much navigating. Especially since you keep people moving back and forth. And could have more mechanics! But the vibe is great, nice work. Feel free to check ours:)
Hey Amedeo!
Thanks for playing our game, and Thanks for the feedback!
I do agree with you on both of these things - we started quite late with the jam (we were not certain if we wanted to join initially) so we were behind 5 or so days to start with, and them almost immediately after that I was struck with a cold so I was out for a handful more days. I wanted to have more lil guys about with fun dialogue and different mechanics but it came to the point where I had to focus on getting something presentable at least!
Ill check your game out after I burn through my queue haha!
