Ranked from 38 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How is your game related to the Theme and Special Object?
Theme (Underwater): The game takes place entirely in the deep ocean. The aesthetics, the diver's movement, and the hazards are designed to convey the pressure and atmosphere of an underwater environment.

Special Object (Speaker): It represents the source of the music the diver uses to interact with the creatures. Depending on the track selected through the Speaker, the player can satisfy the specific tastes of each animal. Without this object, the diver would have no way to soothe the inhabitants of the abyss, making the speaker the mechanical and narrative core of the game.

Really good game, the art is awesome and the music is really good aswell, altought the speaker mechanic could be a little bit more important, like for example, giving each channel a negative perk, or maybe playing a little beat with the multi tasking thing and making the player do some quick action event to change the channel while dodging, but for a short game jam, its awesome. I also noticed a little lack of Soda in this Stereo 🤨, check that pls

very peak game 🔥 Art and animations look so good fr

Developer(+1)

Peak is one of the best adjectives you can get for a game you made, thank you very much.

Loved the game! Main theme is catchy

Beautiful animation and art style

Submitted(+2)

I love the game! The artstyle is great and everything around makes the simple endless runner actually fun and interesting! I adore all the guys who come around, especially the yellow one! Good job on making such a cool experience in so little time!

Developer(+1)

Everyone has their favorites, but Faust the yellow squid is undoubtedly the only right choice.

I'm so glad you liked the game, thanks for your comment!

A really great game! It's crazy work that you managed to make this in two days with how fun and vibrant it is from the gameplay to the music, to the art and animations!

Submitted(+2)

Great music and animations! Crunching this many animations is like insane work for a 3 day jam

Developer

I had a very clear idea of the game I wanted, and I exploited Ambu's capabilities a little. It was only a few days, but I was fully dedicated to the game. The art is incredible.

Wow! The style of the game looks gorgeous! especially in its current form, with all its animations and different music :). I got around 400 points wohoo. Also found a bug where if I press 2~3 numbers at the same time, sometimes the music / the background just turns to black (in the web version). This game is really nice with its controlling details! Would go pretty well with difficulty increasing, different obstacles(and different solutions for each). Suuuuper neat!
Good job developers!

I was confused initially, but after I figured it out it was quite fun! I loved the graphics a lot, very unique and stylised.

Submitted(+2)

A fun game with rather unusual graphics. Good Job!

Very fun and well polished.

I got killed out of nowhere tho, and there were no spiles anywhere

I really love that you added a loading screen. The animations and graphics feel very smooth. Some obstacles in the game may seem difficult at first, but they are just parts that take time to master. The fact that it jumps and dodges while I hold it down is a great detail.

Even in its current form, it's a rare gem of a game that I wouldn't have guessed was made in just two days when I saw it online and played it. Great work, well done.

Developer(+2)

To be honest, the loading screen is Godot's default. I just changed the photo in the project, but I'm glad it turned out well.

It's very difficult to adjust the difficulty in these games! I've been playing games practically my whole life, so I have a less steep learning curve. It happens when friends or colleagues try the game while I'm testing it and they say, “Hey, this is too complicated.” Obviously, this is an excuse because what I really need is more experience making games. I'm happy because I think that in this case, I made something that you can easily learn from your mistakes, and even someone who isn't familiar with the genre can enjoy it and reach a score of 500/700, which is about one minute of gameplay.

Anyway, I got sidetracked. Thank you very much for trying our game and calling it a gem. It makes me very happy.

You know what they say, “Everything ingenious is simple.” Here’s a simple runner with nice visuals and addictive gameplay.

Developer(+1)

The word “simple” perfectly describes the game. In fact, the first thing I thought when I discovered the jam (about 6 hours after it had started) was, "we have to make something simple, but as polished as possible".

Thank you very much for trying our game!

visuals and music are amazing

Developer

I'm glad you liked them, I tried my best to make the animations look smooth despite the short time I had to make them :]

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I managed to make the soundtrack in about 3 hours :D

Underwater runner… Wow, it's interesting. Movements a little slow (slower than typical runners), but it's not easy. Animations, sound design, effects, a core mechanic — it looks very well.

Developer

Thank you for playing our game :)

Love the visuals and the music. The gameplay is a bit basic but still addicting. If you made it a mobile game before Flappy Bird came out, you woud have had great success ^^ Really nice game

Developer

I'm glad you liked it. Maybe in a future update, some things will be polished up and I'll upload it for free for mobile devices to see how it works.

Oh those urchins!  Smooth controls and animations, lovely audio and art. The randomized game over texts are hilarious. I died on purpose to see more. This game really made me smile. Great job!

Developer(+1)

I'm especially thrilled by that comment! While I was waiting for some animations to be ready, I started writing the game over texts, thinking, “I hope someone notices that there are several of them and tries them out.”

Thank you so much for trying our game. The fact that it made someone smile makes it worth creating.
