There were some Y sorting issues but definitely a fun and creative entry. Nice work!

This jam wouldn't be complete without some surreal entry.

Good one!

Thanks !

Cute. At the start I thought the Y sorting was part of the 'almost normal' I like the concept.

Developer

Finally someone is justifying my bad design :D thx for liking the game tho

This is super detailed and a vey big project for a 7 day game, very impressive! Was very fun to play, there are a few visual glitches but other than that very fun!

Developer

Thanks! And yep I clearly did not pay attention to Y sorting but I focused too much on level design and didn't pay attention to it, and in the end didn't have much time

interesting game , needs some polish on the Ysorting  and small details where the player goes on top of things like roofs while on the ground ect ...
Good game overall , enjoyed it

An interesting game, but it's clear that it still needs some refinement ;)

Crazy scope for a 7-day game, with the amount of story and puzzles. Going for a narrative-based gameplay is brave, but you managed to achieve a mysterious atmosphere really well.

My favourite part was going to chemistry class.

Charming game

The amount of thinking you put in to the story is really impressive! Great world and story building!

Cool concept, it reminded me of Stranger Things 5 Camazotz!

Developer(+1)

I was hugely inspired by it lol

Definitely ambitious going for a narrative experience in a gamejam. Definitely would benefit from z-ordering and such. I walked through a lot of house roofs, bookshelves, and the like. Also, the train didn’t line up with the entering hitbox, so it took me a second to get in.

I enjoyed playing!

My favourite part was the hallway next to the classroom where the hall loops. Although the reflection was just walking around outside of the mirror. Very confused when an inverse colour version of me walked up to me in the hallway lol

Developer(+1)

Glad you liked it! Also unfortunately I didn't really have much time to fix z ordering and y sorting, and originally your inverse color you in the hallway was originally a bug because it was only supposed to appear when you are in front of the mirror, but I turned it into a feature

lol I get that. You had a lot of environment for a weeklong gamejam, so making sure everything works perfectly was probably an ontaking. I know that I had to make so many cuts from my little game, yours definitely swamps mine in real estate

Nice puzzles, but… in the forest, I found the “exit”, but after that… is there only a black screen?

Developer

Might be a bug, could you tell me what exit? You're supposed to get inside a hole to another level

Submitted

In bottom right corner there is a “green tunnel”. I kept going right (there isn’t a wall) and I finished “in the void” =)

Developer

prob bug in level design, I should've properly set world boundaries
