How does your game represent "Slick"?
As the first AAA Slick-Like game, I think 2 Days After Today's slickness speaks for itself

love the idea of a bunch of physics bullshit being your obstacles, i would suggest a speedrun timer but i feel like it would be kinda random LOL.  awesome job you guys did!

Fun concept! It managed to feel chill and chaotic at the same time. I like that the slow default movement encouraged sliding. Nice work!

Finally a AAA game unafraid to lean into brutal difficulty.

Now this is slick. I got a good chuckle out of the AAA cutscene transitions, perfectly subtle. The randomness of each run is also quite funny, sometimes it feels like you are destined to fail when 4 cars line up in a row to ram you back to the start. And yet we trek on, straight into The Day Af... I mean, 2 Days After Today. 😎Nice submission, I had a slick time.

I love the presentation, the gameplay even tho it is simple but it's quite engaging. Well done!

This is the only AAA game in this game jam, absolutely amazing.

As a pro gamer myself, it did not take long for me to find the bonus level, the 3rd day after tomorrow.

hahagahaga wth I’ve never seen that

That noise when you get destroyed by a flying rock is so good. Thanks

I got nailed by 3 cars stacked behind each other. Then the moment I got up another fell straight on top of me.

thats good

Simple yet fun gameplay. The snow physics were also super slick! Nice job. :)

the deformable snow was cool! i liked how AAA it was between levels. on my first playthrough i stupidly didn't realize you can go faster outside of snow, i just thought my player was sometimes really slow. it could use a little bit more feedback on snow slowing you down. it's fun though! great job!

short and sweet! sometimes it felt unfair because my guy is too slow to get out of the way of a coming big metal box even with the dash, and then i get combo'd by 5 different things, but other than that, its quite fun and tense. also, nice AAA cutscenes you got there.

It's unfair that the rest of us have to compete with a AAA game with this high of a budget. I can't afford a crevice loading screen.

I made it home! Shimmied into my front door after getting rocked by 20 cars.

Besides some of the obstacles being unfair and entirely unavoidable, I really liked the feeling of the dash and freezing mechanics.

Great visual identity, dodging the obstacles is pretty punishing, but in a good way.

Love it! Presentation is great, and we love the visual identity! The obstacles are a bit too hard to avoid at times, but it was still a fun challenge.

Very cool game! I enjoyed the enviroment a lot and I felt like I was actually in a snowstorm. Only complaint I have is that some of the obstacles were too big so they were very hard to dodge, I kind of felt like I had to get lucky to avoid them. The music was very fitting for the game though and the AAA walking through small corridor was the cherry on top.

This game is very technically impressive for a jam submission. I always avoid 3d because there's just more factors to deal with, but the fact you pulled off a 3d environment with physics bodies that don't tweak out, dynamic snow, and an.. almost functional near miss mechanic is really cool.

It's fun, too. I think the only thing missing is that near misses should give some more invincibility against the obstacle you're dodging.

My time was 5 minutes.

Thanks for the kind words! I really wanted to play with the balancing more but that deadline snuck up on us. We are planning to do a balance and bugfix pass after voting ends so feel free to try again after!

This game reminds me of my old school route during winter times. Very slick indeed.
