Hi,

I was recently asked by Itch.io to retake my tax interview, and my tax status is currently showing as “Invalid or Expired.”

I have completed the tax interview twice, but the status still remains “Invalid or Expired.” I also have not received any confirmation email.

I remember that about three years ago, when I completed the tax interview, the status changed to something like “In Review” or “On File.”

Could you please clarify why my status is not updating and what I may need to do to resolve this issue?
