Yo had fun!

I found it very strange, but in a good way. To get past the PI part, I just kept pressing all the numbers at the same time until they disappeared, hahaha, maybe fewer digits of pi there would be a good idea.

Got stuck on the PI sequence for a long time so that made it a little difficult to play. I don't have a number pad so that made it a lot more challenging. Cute game though

The QTE were very interesting. I had a bit of a hard time cathing the blobs, and found it a bit frustrating, because I couldnt get them properly in the corners. It felt more like the blobs doing their own thing, and sometimes ending up in a corner. Even though, I still had fun playing your game, great job!

Fun game, got pretty tough for me and made me a bit dizzy.

Had fun playing your game! thought it was cheeky to have the QTE where you're writing out PI, haha.

What a cute game! Thanks for the comments, I couldn't figure out what to do with the PI prompt for a long time 😀 Otherwise, great work!

Wow the drops' visuals are so COOL! I love all the little drops! I could cheese the gameplay in someways but loved to see what drops will come next, are you a visual artist by the way? hood job! cant wait to see what you come up with in the next round!

Cute game! I was lost at first but reading the comments helped make sense. Unfortunately I have a split keyboard and no numpad so typing numbers with one hand is very very challenging.

I like the goofy little game!

It was a bit difficult to understand what I was supposed to do, but it was easy once I understood.

Well done :D

the game is quite good and maybe a few more improvements would make it even better..a proper description about the game would be a must in my opinion becoz its just not that clear in the beginning of the game on what to do with typing the Pi and its value..the art style of the game was amazing and the rest of the gameplay on consuming the drops was also quite challenging and fun but as number of enemies got increased things got a little too hard,  i'd say that the maps are just a little too big.. but even then it was a very good game and i never knew something like this could even be made in Scratch its amazing :)

Cute game! I think I struggled to understand what the QTE event did, but there was definitely some juice on the button presses there! Would've loved to see you take that QTE pressure further, because it was fun. Would also really like for there to be alternative controls e.g. WASD to move instead of just mouse :)

i really like your ui choices for the qte. well done :)

Cute aesthetic, it felt pretty satisfying to slurp up the drops.

I recommend speeding up the gameplay loop a bit, I was on wave 3 wondering if it was endless or if there was a win condition.

I couldn't tell what completing the quick time event did, maybe it would be nice if it was a magnet or time slow or something.

Nice job!

There are many things I appreciate, overall goofiness and charisma are on spot and there are multiple levels to try out (and imo they get better). I'm not entirely sure if it matters whether you type PI or not, but as an ex-mathematician having PI as QTE fascinates me. OH and I really like those draft-like tutorial images! They brought me joy.

I really liked the intro and the visuals but at times the game could be quite confusing.

Nice visuals. The tutorial with the mouse cursor and the cutscene images were nice. Was confused about the PI too tho.

The game feels a bit confusing; the music is quite overwhelming. I try to type 'PI' (or whatever the prompt is), but after that, nothing seems to happen. I'm just not quite following what's going on.

Cute game. I’m not sure why I got prompted to input PI so many times and how it affected the collection game. Also maybe I am not very good at it but catching the drops was pretty difficult.

There's a lot of good things, and a few things I wish were different. The good things are, the art, the vibe, the cuteness of everything. You really went all out on a theme and it paid off. I didn't see a single thing that felt out of place. The music is great, the movement is so smooth and satisfying, which is really hard to do with mouse controls. Mechanically, this is a great concept, and I think you have a lot of potential here.

Theres a few things that I would really love to see changed. The first, and in my opinion the most important, is that the enemy characters should at least maintain an outline, or fade to white or something that doesn't make them so hard to see. Hunting them down while visible is tough enough, but it's almost impossible when they're invisible.

As far as the enemy movement, I'd say it's cranked to 11 right now. Which initially was fun. I liked the chaos of trying but failing to get 5 of them at once. Then when I tried a different map, things got really crazy. It felt like there was some strategy to get them, or maybe it's just RNG to get them? Either way, the balance of "control enemies a bit to collect" and "make the enemies hard to collect" seems weighted too much to the hard to collect side.

Other than those two things, this is really an incredible submission. I could see this being a really fun game, and I hope to see a full release someday. Great job!

Thanks for your feedback ! I'll keep everything you said in mind!

But assuming the second map you chose was the Aether, the enemies from that map (balloon, honey, cat) are supposed to fly around and be fast, I guess I made a mistake :')

And yes, there is a strategy that's viable for most enemies, which is chasing them into corners and killing them. But all the enemies function in a way that automatically allows that to happen from the player :D

Goodluck on the jam!

I wouldn't go so far as to call it a mistake. I'm impressed by the quantity of enemies. They each feel unique, so I think with some more time to lock in, I'd figure it out eventually. The tutorial did a great job of teaching the important things. I just have to git gud for the rest of it lol.
