I like the idea of using backrooms or liminal spaces as strange settings! One suggestion would be to create more interactions in the game or add monsters to scare away or something similar to make it more eerie and interesting.
You could add movement with a few more images, sort of like Dungeon Master on the Atari ST :)

I like it. Idk why but I do. not too bad for a game! only issue is not much to do lol
If you could add movement to the game like being able to move forward with W etc, then it could become a very nice game.
