How does the game fit the theme?
We associated the theme "stange places" with strange hallucinations caused by substance use. We created a surreal, psychedelic 3d Platformer to showcase the feeling.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Our team didn't use any external code or art assets. We used music from uppbeat.io and credited them as well.

Very cool game! I felt like this was more an experiment than a game because the objective felt kinda basic. If you had more time to polish the game I think it could be a very interesting platformer. The movement was also a bit buggy so it was really hard for me to pass certain jumps. Overall really interesting and creative. I had fun exploring the game
Huge props for getting a 3D third-person WebGL game running this well. That alone is impressive. I really like how each "power-up" actually changes the gameplay, and sometimes the visuals lol. The mushroom, revealing platforms that wouldn't otherwise be seen while sober, is really cool. The double jump was clutch too. Those longer gaps feel tense, and landing them is satisfying. The trippy shaders and visuals sell the whole vibe, and the worlds feel intentionally bizarre rather than random. Also, really appreciate the respawn points lol.
i love the art style the most!! this was definitely a weird trip, i love your game
This was the best game I played in this game jam! I love liminality. The vibe of this game was above expectations. It's a real trip! Loved the simplicity of the gameplay (intuitive, which is great), as well as the visuals, audio, short story telling. This is game art, the beauty of indie game development <3
Trippy!!!!
Checkpoints are a lifesaver for my clumsy thumbs, and double jump is very helpful.
Definitely saving this for later for more practice.
The art and visual effects here were really cool. It was really hard at first, then I realized you could double jump. The places were bizarre and the character was a trip. The checkpoints were so clutch for playability on this.
Fun little platformer. Nice work!
It's fun to see that somebody else went for a drug trip game! So did my team- you guys should check it out!
You certainly got that high feeling going. Thank you SO MUCH for not having me restart the whole thing when falling lol. Original assets are very good quality. Also loved the trippy shaders. I think as a platformer, it felt a little too slippery for my taste. Once I landed, it was easy to overreact and accidentally fall off again. Good submission though! Good job y'all!
Hey! This is a good fun game. I love the really unqiue worlds haha! The only thing I would say, is maybe add some more responsive sounds e.g. when you pick things up but other than that, I love it! great job!
If you don't mind, I would really appreciate you checking out our game too!
I had a lot of fun, I had to beat the game! Super cute style and I liked the difficulty added with the trippy effects. I didn't realize I could double-jump for a bit and caught myself going the wrong way a couple times, but overall a great experience!!
Loved the visuals, especially the character, and the music. The gameplay is just to much for me, 5 minutes to get to the piano, 5 more to get to the TV…. eh, probably I’m not any good at 3D platformers, probably the entry level is to hard.
I really like the 3D assets and the overall look of the game, as well as the visual effects of the different power-ups. The power-ups feel coherent with their effects, and I enjoy the balance between the gameplay bonus and the visual drawback. That said, the effects could have had a bit more impact on the level design, especially for the speed power-up.
I would have also appreciated a bit more juice and slightly smoother character controls.
Wow I really did feel high ahaha. Such a charming and stylish game. I like the snappy and satisfying type of movement. Good job!
Hey! I just played your little platformer. Amazing visuals! It feels nice and fits the theme. Also, great work with the shaders, because it is a really fun part of the game! Good job!
