With all that has come to light about Epstein and what he did, this is a very insensitive game to make.
The Thomas case was confusing with the Secretary's picture and multiple names being used. Otherwise, the cases were interesting, and a lot was done for a jam. Good job.
Nicely done, but the cases loop quite fast
Well done! It could have several more cases though, and the two cases can also be more difficult, the time schedule and the other evidence would have more role to play for the investigation imo:)
Epston Island has an interesting investigative premise and a clear attempt to create tension through document review and decision-making. It gave me some Papers, Please vibes in terms of structure, but with a more narrative investigative framing.
A few notes from my experience:
The itch.io page itself is very minimal. Adding a short description, screenshots, or context would really help set expectations before players download and jump in.
The menu and pop-up font was difficult to read at times, which made it harder to stay immersed in the investigation. Improving readability would go a long way in strengthening the overall presentation.
There is also a usability issue with the How to Play section. Once I opened it, I couldn’t return to the main menu without refreshing the page. A simple back button would improve flow significantly.
From a design perspective, I found myself wanting stronger stakes. I understood that I was investigating something serious, but I wasn’t always sure why my role mattered or what consequences my decisions carried. Raising the tension through clearer outcomes or escalating pressure could elevate the experience.
Overall, the core investigative loop has potential. With stronger UI polish, clearer stakes, and more presentation on the itch page, it could feel much more impactful.
Thx alot about all that you have said, but i didnt have that much time on the project. I would like to see u on the next jam . ToT

Here's a good review just for the reference.
It's definetly a game. And it's certainly about a weird place.
this is actually a really good game
didn't expect such nice visuals
I wasn't expecting this much from a parody game. Really good job.
Indeed a strange place... Went in fully expecting a troll game the actual game was quite fun and well made!
the text can be improved to read more other wise game is great.
kinda crass...
I kept laughing while playing x) Also the amount of polish with animations and effects you put in is crazy for a 7-day game jam ! Congrats.
What an instane take on this jam lol. It has cool concept overall. I like the names of the popular guys as well haha
There's no way you made this a game ToT
