I really enjoyed the game, well done!
Feel free to try our game too.
Cool concept and how you did your credit screen was unique! The blur made it tough to look at for awhile and having to search around with that was kind of rough. The voice acting was interesting and turning the firepit into a dj by spamming E was fun. Good job, especially with coordinating a team of 11.
Interesting concept and I like the variation of game play! However I think I triggered a kind of bug in the end xP

Whoa- Haven't seen this bug before. Good find XD
This game was so funny !! The dialogue was great and I also like the voice acting.
Glad you enjoyed it! We wanted it to be a bit irreverent and "wtf-inducing" :P
I don’t know what you were on when you made this… but i need the same 😄
Very creative, and the voice acting adds a lot of personality.
Awesome job!
If you’re exploring other submissions, I’d appreciate it if you tried ours as well.
I checked out your game- impressive scope!
I'm glad you enjoyed the voice acting!
"Oh boy" the thumbnail is very beautiful ! Good job.
We have some incredible artists on our team! I'll pass the compliment on to them
The game was super funny but I got a little frustraded with the mom lol. Probably just a skill issue. Nice work!
Thanks! Haha,
I had the same issue. I ended up hiding on the side of the fridge or after I got the door open, mom would grab me before I could complete the ending. Ideally, I should have turned her off after you open the lock. Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback!
Haha, yea, we suspected she could be hard so we did make it easier than it could have been. You can avoid the mom entirely by just walking along the wall :P
The voice acting is top tier. Theme is spot on. A setting to change the motion blur would be nice. Love the game :D
"im tripping out, oh boy" ahahahah Fun idea, i really like your voice on top it, that really setup the narration ! Congrats !
Feel free to test our game ! :)
We wanted to make it clear that it was a trip- and it seems we succeeded!
Your game was fun but I died before delivering all the pizzas :(
The camera effects and moving textures were absolutely SICK! loved it
Thanks! I had fun with that- we made the floor a bunch of small pieces and I put a script that randomized rotation and scaling factors, and it made the floor crawl. We ran into some weird stuff with the other models or we'd have made it crawl on every surface.
Nice game! the voice acting surprised me :)
Thanks! We have a decent amount of experience programming VA mechanics so it was quick and easy to add! We figured something was missing from the game as we meandered around and VA was the solution we arrived at.
Very impressed with how complete the game is, down to having voice acting in such a short amount of time. It's also very on theme, strange places indeed. I had quite a lot of trouble with moving/adjusting the camera though, so moving around was a little janky and I reckon a little more in-game guidance would help to make the progression of the game clearer. Regardless, great game, hats off to your team!
Thanks for the kind words! I was the producer, and I strive to get everyone coordinated so our efforts come together cohesively in such a short time frame. Our whole team was working hard all week and really pulled through :)
Congratulations on the game! It's very complete, it even has dialogue and a crazy storyline, lol. I liked the hallucinogenic atmosphere of the game and I liked how well the sound and music conveyed that. Even though the graphics are simple, they were very well implemented. It works as a pilot project to build a larger-scale game. Congratulations on achieving this result in such a short time.
Good catch on this being a pilot! The spirit of this jam project, aside from following the theme, was to prototype out a framework for adventure novel/movie game adaptations- a la Atlantis or National Treasure.
We were torn between magic, technology, or psychedelics for erratic displacement between strange places- the "accidentally drugged" plot won :P
Nice voiceovers!
Thanks! We thought they would add a lot of personality to the game.
This game is awesome! The narrative, voice acting, and walking animation kept me smiling the whole time. The environments came together nicely too. Great job on this game!
Thanks :) We were trying to keep a bit of whimsy within the facetious plot line. The mildly goofy run, the commentary that goes from "sober" to "not so sober," and the statue representing the backdrop echo of your high af psyche. I'm glad it came across well.
great visual!
Thanks! Our art squad was experimenting with the painterly style, and we think they made great strides.
We were also playing around with some extra mechanical oddities and post-processing effects to sell an atmosphere. I'm glad you liked them
Took a while to realise I could control the camera, my opening minutes were very janky due to that. Couldn't find my way out of the forest so I ended there. Really like the thumbnail and the design of the guy you're talking to, sometimes you can't go wrong with a big old face.
The camera movement is tied to the mouse, but if you weren't focused in the window or didn't touch the mouse then yea, facing in one direction the whole time would make it tough to navigate XD
A decent number of people get forever trapped in the forest. We probably do need to adjust the way you get stuck there.
Our artists really nailed it with Zoltar. Thanks for the compliment :D
Entertaining overall because its just really odd lol.
Stellar, the visuals wigged me out because it made everything look like i was without my glasses, but honestly great ^-^ Got stuck in the woods square for Ages, and the visual filters kept making me think that I was Progressing xD 10/10, would burn the mushrooms again
Edit: Went back to run in circles some more, found my way out, oh BOY was that a trip. great job ^-^
Thank you! We wanted to go for something more exploratory and visually interesting with a narrative that minimized the use of words but was still rich in a story of sorts. I'm glad you liked it.
That forest takes no prisoners XD You have to turn around at the big blood spot once you're on the loop.
i totally did Not get that, but also can't say anything because our game wasn't super clear with the directions either xD i literally just started running backwards, got spooked by the music, started looping again, etc until i finally got out lmao a Great time honestly, loved it sm
Quite an odd game but very interesting and fun. I was confused a lot but also entertained throughout the whole thing. What an experience.
It sounds like you got the experience we intended- Thanks for playing!
