Minor thing: when I agreed to the race, there was a small delay before it started, so I thought maybe some input did not go through, and I pressed E again. Then the delay was gone, the race started, but due to my second E proc I was simultaneously in conversation with Linus who was asking if I wanted to go for a race - while there was another Linus already running laps :D Very minor, unimportant stuff, but if you are planning to roll out a new patch after the jam, maybe you could find a way to block that conversation when the race is ongoing.
First of all, I'm glad you liked the game :D As for the issue on the race, I came back to the code once the jam was over and discovered that specific error as well. I did fix it now but I won't be able to roll the patch out until the jam ends. I put a logic in place that prevents re-starting the conversation once the race starts. Thank you for the comment!
Really cute and fun little game. The story is excellent, I was feeling so bad for Grizzly missing his buddy.
The race was a lot of fun, just the right amount of challenge. Along with the music track. You picked good assets to make this game feel cozy.
very enjobale. I wish there was more. i loved the variaty. I lost to the pinquin tho, and couldnt cross the line on the second lap?

Sweet little game, for a second i had the fear it would be a sad game, but the ending was nice! Really liked the race part!
such a sweet story. i literally started crying at the race part fully thinking the penguin was a ghost. i'm glad he's not!
I really enjoyed that. For some reason I went right when the race started as the line for the race looked like a blocking road sign xD. Very well done and quite a coming of age story that most people have went through as their friends moved away. Also, getting some We Bare Bears vibes here :D . Love it!
