whoa this is such a satisfying puzzle game!
I really enjoyed this game! Puzzles that aren’t so easy that you solve them instantly, but also don’t take two hours to figure out, are always welcome. Having interaction through dialogue and receiving “instructions” makes the experience more immersive, which is always a positive. The way the dialogue is presented is also very well done, and the artwork for the different expressions is great!
Great game, well done!
Cool puzzle. I like this!
Really good work! Puzzles are very well balanced and pretty addictive xD
I think there is something hear to really dig into gameplay wise. Right now the need to read through each list of requirements is a bit of a lull in the gameplay but solving the puzzle is really fun, so how to make it easier to know the requirements could help. Really great game!
So satisfactory to build up the floor plans according to the clients
And yes really strange orders hahah I got a good laugh seen some of them like why would I want 5 bathrooms and 1 bedroom???
Really responsive game with good visuals, sounds, mechanics...
We goin to vegaas, well done!
So simple yet it's all you needed for the game, just simple rules and simple gameplay makes it interesting despite the simplicity. And the story is just what the game needed to keep you engaged throughout the puzzles. Good job!
This is a great game! The music, gameplay, visual style, and animation all play very nicely! I'd even buy this game on Steam if some popular blogger played it! (The only thing I'm not quite sure is how it fits the jam theme.)
Hi, I'm glad you enjoyed the game! We were discussing expanding it post-jam, but no concrete plans yet. It fits the jam theme because most of the houses you make really end up being very strange; It's not everyday where you open a front door and walk into a... bathroom?
Loved the art style and the overall vibe of the game
it took me a lot to realize that the "strange places" its because the weird rooms and interior design lol xD. It was amazing, so damn fun and fr it was harder than i think. What a game dude, my favorite yet
Thanks! We'd planned on introducing weirder rooms in later levels (ritual room, observatory, indoor pool), but were short on time & decided to go for a more mildly off-putting type of 'strange place'
Oh my gosh I'm really enjoying this. The dialogue is hilarious, the concept is a great take on the theme, and I find it challenging without being overwhelming. Also the music is just perfect for this, and the art is really well done. Congratulations on a great jam!
I love this game! The concept of strange places being strange layouts of apartments is so cool. I really like the art and the animation. It took me a while to put the layout together on the later apartments, so the difficulty scale was nicely done. Very good job, one of my favorite games so far!
I enjoyed the gameplay for this a lot! the way the furniture animates on to fit each room is a nice touch, and i got a few laughs from the dialogue and poses. got just a little stuck on the last one because i didn't realize dining rooms could be next to each other. overall kudos on making a fun game!
The difficulty scaled perfectly over the levels. Very well done.
Very fun puzzle game and some of the last levels are quite tough! Loved it! I just have a doubt about last level - if the dining room can be only next to a kitchen, then it probably shouldn’t be able to neighbor another dining room? :)
