What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I have a couple of default scripts I reuse each game for exapmle: my scene switcher with transitions, or my quick UI theme generator (it just does colors for me) The vast majority of code was made in and for this jam.
ALL the assets were made for and in this jam. This song took forever to write and I'm sad I couldn't fully compose it.

Innovation: It's a damn type test rap battle...what more can I say?? lmao. Awesome.
Visuals: Loved the hand drawn backgrounds. They added a genuine charm to the experience.
Audio: Loved the rap battle aspect. Feedback; I recommend reducing the echo in future audio.
Overall: Loved the game. Super creative. Nailed the jam! Great job team.

Best Game of the @#$&ing jam. I will never be able to make art as funny as this. I am also stupid bc I didn't realize we had to type the letters so I didn't get a single point. 10/10 pure art

There is no ending right? For me it stopped after I won. It's a unique rhythm game because you see the letters ahead, which was interesting. You can see that you put in a lot of effort for the background drawings, but the music wasn't my cup of tea.
That’s fine! Thanks for playing anyway! It’s not really the kind of music I listen to either, I just chose “rap” because uh idk why not try something I don’t usually engage with. but yeah there is no ending I didn’t have time to add one :( making a song takes a lot of time.

An interesting experience to be sure. May be better if there was incentive to type to the beat rather than just blowing through the long string.
oh except from the text saying “perfect” “good” if you type on beat and “mid.” “BAD!” when you don’t? I do admit my game definitely lacks gameplay, at the end of the day though I’m just glad its functional!

Ah, I see what happened. The status effect is on the falling letter, not the target letter, so if you just type wildly ahead the misses just render off screen. If you actually try to stick to the beat then the effects are visible.

Thank you for enjoying my game! This is actually the first song I ever wrote! It took me the first 4 days of the jam to write soooo, that didn’t exactly leave time for much else but I’m glad you enjoyed it nevertheless!
Wow really unique submission! Great job! Def just get points for that aspect alone. I think the game would go hard with a nice beat. Really really good job. Gameplay was ok, but that's not what I stayed for.
