I really enjoyed this game!
It was very enjoyable zooming around everywhere!!!!
Haha! I loved this game, I really enjoyed all the dialog, great job! Coll mechanics aswell, and nice visuals, well done :)
Good job on the mechanics! The spaceship was really intuitive to fly around and felt really smooth. I liked the mechanic to use tab to switch the nav between the mission and the gas stations. The dialogue was a little distracting while the timer was going and I wasn't quite sure what completed the missions. Maybe the addition of an ability to collect once you get to a planet to have it feel more completed?
I enjoyed this a lot. It feels very polished and the controls feel really nice. I thought the dialogue felt quite natural and didn't impede on the games flow too much. Very Nice!
the movement feels so buttery icl I love it!
I enjoyed this one a lot. I thought the top-down asteroid-like movement was well implemented. You might look at smoothing the hitbox of the ship a bit more to make collisions with the space objects a little easier to get out of. I thought the vide was well done, and you did a good job of centering on a couple key mechanics.
I think my main feedback is there is a lot of talking/reading. Especially when explaining the missions - the timer should probably stop when the mission text is going (so your players can appreciate the jokes you put in)
This felt good to play. Something about cruising between planets with that soundtrack was just so chill. The ship controls were smooth, not floaty in a bad way, just responsive enough to make flying around enjoyable on its own. Big fan of the nav toggle too. Being able to flip from fuel and delivery kept things moving without cluttering the screen. Good design choice there. And also liked how the dialogue didn't freeze the gameplay, it keeps the flow of the game intact. The pixel art looked great as well. After that ending, definitely curious where that would go next.
The game is really simple, but I love the aesthetics of your game. I think you have a great base to make something really cool here with some more mechanics and gameplay elements. Great job!
The gameplay of the space ship is very funny. Good job !
Hi! I really liked the vibe of your game! Flying around in a spaceship is really fun! Also the resource management is implemented well. I would have loved to also buy ammo and new parts for my ship to also battle spaceships! This game has a lot of potential if you swap in some eliminate target quests in there aswell! I hope you love racing in my blood vessel game as much as I loved flying around in your space ship ^^
The art of the game is really good! It sets up perfectly for an outer space theme. Great game!
Woah! That ending was not expected! Loved the visuals and the UI was laid out very well on a space exploration style game. I do think the text at the bottom was a bit much - the whole game kind of felt like a tutorial. I think you probably could've put some text at the top saying "Current Mission: Find the red planet" and have the player kind of figure it out rather than follow an arrow. I also think the refueling stations were a bit tough to find. Something more obvious and large might've been nice. I do like the flavor text that accompanied each planet though - that was a nice addition!
Great art, I love anything space related so points from me for that. Awesome work for a solo dev.
Huge respect for doing this solo! 💚
The vibe is really pleasant and the visuals are nice. I honestly would’ve liked to see more, but for a jam project made alone, this is already great.
If you get the chance, I’d appreciate it if you checked out our game as well.
Very well made. The navigation pointers were really intuitive, and the ability to move while reading the dialogue filled up some of the empty space between planets. The appearance of the final planet was really good, and made it seem very intimidating. Some things I would've changed was making the fuel arrow always be on screen as maybe a slightly larger circle instead of using tab to switch, and doing some changes to the physics. For my first run I got stuck on a curved surface and was unable to move in any direction for about 30 seconds before I got unstuck. Solid game, good job!
