Nice game with an eerie atmosphere! I was a bit confused at the beginning because I thought that I'd be able to interact with the bed since it had a white highlight, but it made more sense at the end of the game. Overall, nice work!

Enjoyed the game, the concept is really good but the story felt with a lot of holes that need to be filled.
The labirinth changing as the character gets his fragments was a nice touch. Would have liked to know what happened to the character and who's the other person.
Other than this, there's a little bug.
When the squares squish you, the player respawns. However at the start, the player could get stuck in the walls and have to restart the game
Overall, great atmosphere,
Good job!
Thanks for playing and giving feedback
Glad you liked that concept. You are absolutely right about the story. It's an area we want to improve on to give more clarity. As for the bug, thanks for pointing it out. We are aware of it and have already fixed the issue. We will update the game as soon as the jam is over.
Eerie atmosphere here- I got a sense of despair and dread as I searched for my missing pieces.
I found some of the sound effects extremely painful to my ears, and ended up having to mute my tab because there were no volume controls. They were very high-pitch and jarring sound.
The graphics were pretty good. This is a decent sized endeavor for a 2-person team!
Cool game :)
Nice game. Could use some more features to make it a bit more interesting and also some point indicators and a bit more guidance for the player to do.
The visuals and the ways the obstacles interacted were great.
Kudos!!
Have a nice day.
well done. it fits the theme perfectly. need more work generally, but it's a solid start.
Nice job! The game was kinda easy but it fit the theme very well. I really liked the way you presented the story. There are a few things that could be improved but it was genuely a good game!
This game was pretty cool. I thought it fit the theme well being pretty strange and kind of mysterious. I wonder if you had a flashlight and it was a bit darker if it would have gotten around that outside of the room and the items, the maze was fairly plane. There were a couple of parts where you had to time it, but otherwise it was pretty easy and maybe by making it darker, or adding something else you had to be careful of might have helped out. But either way, it was fun and I finished it, so there's that. Great job!
Hey nice work! I liked the atmosphere of this game and I enjoyed the puzzle aspect and how you could zoom in and out to see the map. I also enjoyed that one part where the puzzle completely closed on one side when I got the puzzle piece. I did wish that the ending was more purposeful, I was hoping for a bit more when I submitted the items, but I also understand the time limitation! Definitely some good potential here!
Sry for saying this but even tho visuals are great gameplay feels not engaging enough. Maybe this is my adhd kicking in but i wasn't rl into the gameplay. Everything else is great and overall good job!
Interesting game! I got the mixtape and was hoping I could blast some tunes right away, but I think just the sounds of footsteps definitely was more strange. Cool narrative and overall idea. Gameplay was a little simple, but it was fun to walk around and solve the maze. The death sound made me squirm a bit. Sounded like a watermelon being squeezed or something lol. Good job!
First of all, you finished a game that looks great overall — and achieving that in just 7 days is impressive. Great job!
Things I liked:
-
The game feels very immersive. You did an excellent job with the lighting and sound effects, which greatly enhance the atmosphere.
-
I didn’t encounter any bugs, and the core game loop is complete — which is a significant achievement given the limited development time.
Constructive Feedback:
-
The art style doesn’t fully align with the game’s theme. While the sound design is strong, I would consider revisiting or refining the visual direction if you have the opportunity.
-
The gameplay feels somewhat simple at the moment. If your main goal is to focus on storytelling, that works well; however, adding an additional mechanic could make the core loop more engaging and challenging.
Thank you for the detailed feedback.
Art is not our strongest suit, but we’ll continue refining the visuals to better match the tone. I’m also thinking about adding an additional mechanic, like a short chase section or an obstacle that encourages players to use the zoom mechanic more intentionally.
Your comment definitely reinforces that direction.
Cool concept! Felt like the game needed higher stakes and the audio for the menu and the footsteps need more polishing. I like the narrative pieces that were scattered around and it made me want to find more. Good job!
Interesting take on "finding yourself" via the game jam theme. Would like to see more mechanics, such as enemies or obstacles, to keep me engaged throughout the maze. I would also suggest softening the SFXs to make them less harsh on the ear.
Really cool game! You did a fantastic job building atmosphere and tension. Good Job!
fun little game! You did a great job creating tension. I wanted to turn down my headphones just in case I was about to get jump scared after turning a corner. Even though I liked riding the blocks, maybe a form of punishment for getting squished could add some weight to the gameplay and create an incentive to do well! Would also be great to see the objective in the game somewhere in addition to the start menu. Great job!
I really enjoyed the story and mystery of the game. I like the art style, animations, simple UI, lighting and sound effects.
It would be great if the player could turn the radio on and also use the other items that were collected. (Just a suggestion)
Overall a fun game with an engaging story, it also fits the theme very well.
I don't know why, I liked the zoom out mechanic that freezes you but gives you more space awareness... it could evolve in some cool gameplay if there were more obstacles, maybe chasing you! PS. I got stuck a few times in the walls after being improperly squished by the moving boxes, with no other choice but to restart
Congratulations on the game. It has a very mysterious and dark atmosphere, and the protagonist is definitely cursed just for having red eyes.
