How does the game fit the theme?
You are investigating missing clothes in a strange laundromat, and some of the machines take you to strange places
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Sounds and tilesets (besides the laundromat) were downloaded from itch.io and opengameart.org, laundromat owner sounds from my friend!

What a unique and interesting idea! The ambient sounds really make each location feel distinct and alive, and the mechanics, while simple, work well! Great job!
I loved the level with the pipes! It was fun navigating and getting pushed through. I had some struggles with the timing on the jungle level but overall it was very fun! Great work!
You guys had a really unique idea here and you executed it well! I would definitely say the jungle level is too hard but other than that I think all it needs is some more sound design to really add to the ambience and communicate the theme. Overall, well done on making a cool game!
This is a cool entry! I really like the art style, the game looks great. It's been said already but I did find it to be very difficult, but I do love the concept of worlds hidden within washing machines. Great job!
What a nice game! The minigames reminded me of some of the classics like the first dinosaur hoping game on google when the internet is down and the second game reminded me of doodle jump. Great work!
graphics were cute and controls were smooth! couldnt get past the first projectile, but im recognizing thats a skill issue on my part lol
The Narnia Cabinet of laundromats!
This game was hella difficult. I didn't make it past the first washing machine :(
Fun game! As others have said, the red socks level is probably too hard, but I did manage to get through it. I really enjoyed the blue level (doodle jump?!). I liked the jump sound and the detective's sprite was super cool. I also really like the name of this game, nice one!
Fun game! I think the spikes' hitboxes in the first level are waaaay too unforgiving for how slippery the controls are, I almost just ragequit there, but thankfully the other levels were fun. I'd also consider triggering the arrows after interacting with an area, rather than with a timer, as it can make different attempts inconsistent, which isn't ideal.
Thank you for your game, hope you had fun!
I really liked the idea of this game and it has great visuals, but just a bit too challenging for me as it quickly becomes frustrating.
The concept of the game is really fun! I liked it
Haha, I enjoy the theming of this one a lot! The platforming was a bit challenging but in the best of ways. Really unique concept and it made it very memorable!
Love the washing machine theme. Jumping took 3 of us to win that one arrow level but fun
I swear those strange places inside washing machines exist in real life too!
Very cool interpretation of the theme. I also liked that it’s a bit challenging at the beginning, though that might just be my personal preferenc👀
Thank you for playing! Losing socks inside my washing machine was my primary inspiration.
I loved the take on this theme! Maybe that's where half of my socks have ended up. Only issue I ran into was my game freezing on the pipes level for a good 30 seconds when I first went into the vertical pipe on the left. It wasn't fully frozen though, the screen was shaking and it did resolve itself eventually, but I was thinking i'd have to restart and I didn't want to do the spikes and arrows level again. I'm assuming it was something to do with collision? i don't know, i'm an artist, not a programmer
Thank you for playing! I haven't come across that bug but I would think it has something to do with the player and the pipe being on the same collision layer, and then forcing the player into that pipe probably doesn't help haha. Thanks for letting me know.
Nice game! Really funny concept! Really liked the doodle jump type of level :)
Thank you! The levels main node is quite literally called doodlejumplevel haha
I really like the pixel art and general themes for each area. As a developer I think its really hard to balance a platformer because you play it so often testing it, the game becomes easy to you , I found it harder than silksong lol. But really good game for only having a week. Well done overall :)
Thank you! Agreed, I need to find more mates to playtest for me next time!
I really liked how you had three different gameplay styles for each area!
Once I realised what I was collecting in each level the game name made a lot more sense. It's a good way of having lots of different levels or mini games all tied together. The intro dialogue went off screen far too quickly for me to read so I had to prompt it again.
Maybe the arrows should be a lil slower or higher interval in-between shots cause it gets very hard especially between two tight spikes and getting reset and having to walk 5 seconds to the first spike is a lil annoying but really coon concept!
Yeah understood, I think playing the level 20000 times made me desensitised to the difficulty. thank you for playing and leaving a comment!
yeah that's why playtesting from others is huge
