This has all the makings of a puzzle game, except the puzzles. Interesting concepts, but execution needs work and btw, you can type in the notes, but you're unable to stop
Fun game. Wish it was a bit longer - I solved it too quickly and was left wanting more!
A nice spin on the usual puzzle game with the alien language. Unfortunately i felt like the gimmick itself wasn't very significative in the grand scheme of things since you could brute force everything just by randomly interacting with the level. Maybe some more complexity would help?
Love the pallete work, minimalistic art and the whole aesthetics. Especially liked the wall jump and slides in jumping mechanics, good puzzle platformer, i'd say.
Neat game! I think you could expand this by having multiple interactions since I didn't really have to use the notebook, but still, pretty fun!
The game looks stunning!!!!! The sound design is great ! and the game overall is really fun!!! I love the puzzles and the controls are well tuned!
Good job!
ALSO, if you like brain-teasing puzzle platformers, make sure to check out my game!
The colors look really good and the music is nice, albeit repetitive. The first few levels were pretty easy, but the last two were more of a challenge. Overall, good job!
The game looks beautiful, the colour palette is calming, the rolling clouds and alien fauna looks great, good job on that front - it paid off. Sound wise theres alot to be desired, even just having the song play between scenes rather than restarting with the layout would be nice, that said I'd have preferred silence with footsteps / ambience over a song, but that might just be my taste.
Ultimatley this wasnt my type of game, but I still appreciate the work and effort you put into it, bravo.
Very good color pallette choice, polishing a bit the movement and adding more levels would be great!
Solid art, and the puzzles are cool to work through. The controls aren’t too harsh either. Congrats on your solo project, it has potential to be expanded. Nice job!
The visuals are really great but I think the music is a bit to painful (for me). Anyway nice entry for a jam, just need more content !
Fun game! It only needs more levels
I like the aesthetic! is there a way to pull up the controls while in a level? a bit confusing / i had to restart because I forgot
great job!
The concept fits the theme really well. I have to admit I was a bit lost at first, so a short tutorial would’ve been nice. though I didn't include one in my own game either, haha. But the art and music are solid. Great work!
hey love the music and aesthetic aspect(art style and game design) of your game
Nice game! It's really impresive that everything was done by one person, so congrats! One thing that I would recommend is having a tutorial or explanation of the objective because it took me a while to understand what I had to do.
Nice job! A tutorial would’ve helped, though. But it’s really well made, congrats!
For a solo developer this is so much already! When you need to insert a sphere with some of the symbols it took me a while to realize I need to use 'w'. I am not sure if I saw that in the controls, or maybe it's for the player to find out :). The idea is so cool, the strange language fits perfectly! The art is amazing, I am a pixel artist myself, I think you did a good job. From what I see you also made the music, but I don't really know anything about composing, so I can just say it sounds nice, simple and what one would expect from such project! Again, for a solo game developer this is amazing, I definitely will be checking out the game in the future, if you decide to keep developing it.
The level screen is done nicely. I liked being able to read all the glyphs I found on there. Some of the puzzles were engaging too, and the wall jump adds a nice bit of mobility. Visually it's charming. The little planet setting definitely fits the "strange" theme. This was an enjoyable game.
This was fun! I liked the gameplay and it was a cool storyline.
Good job! :D
