i beated shadow boss then the face of spira appeared at my right so i believe it was the last guest but it doesnt work
im lost :(
spira will have something to say about it when that happens, try going through her repeatable dialogue until lotty mentions ghosts
the game doesn't have a direct ending yet, but you will mostly be done when you have all of the animations and CGs unlocked :)
