Really enjoyed photographing the fish! It was cute how they swam away after each shot. I liked how diving deeper gradually led to stranger places.

First of i really liked this game!
The fish are really nicely designed and moving the camera via panning is really fluid.
My only issues are when i open the fishdex and click on arrows the character everytime makes a photo in the game and this next one is little but would really improve your game, which is the player pixel design and background pixel ratio do not match, they should be the same to make it look more together.
I really like it that you look and take photos of fish and slowly see your dex get filled out as well as i think it motivates to finding all the fish. Good Job!

I haven't had time to fix the bug that triggers the device to go backwards, which is a bit frustrating! But I know that in the context of a Game Jam, it can be forgiven, haha.
As for the pixels being too big, I actually saw a little tutorial on that at the end of the jam, so unfortunately too late, but I'll try to be careful next time I use them.

Made it to the end and found the underwater rave spot! Swimming around, taking pictures of fish, and maybe adding some sort of upgrade loop with from selling those pictures would be a fun addition. Love the collection aspect here.

Yes, we planned to resell the photos, but we didn't have enough time to implement it! And a way to play again and keep all the progress would be cool to have
Made me think of Dave the Diver, though it was a nice twist on the concept, rather than harpooning fish, you are "capturing" them on camera. The visuals were nice and the music relaxing. Had to remember that 02 was a thing I got too into the game haha

Love the concept and the way you played with ambient light lower below! And all the strange things in the ocean! It must have taken a lot of effort to make all those pathways and pixel art fish! Well done! I cannot explain why, but gave me vibes of ori and will of the wisp (maybe the colors and the dungeony aspect).
