I have been struggling for awhile with this one any tips

when it's doing its melee attacks, stand inside of it since its hitboxes are around it
when it shoots at you, back up and use a spell to reflect the projectiles
when it tries to jump, you can hit it while it's mid-air in a few ways or try to reflect that projectile too
